This piece is usually played on the piano, but the French horn solo is as amazing as a piano solo. Love this cover :)
When the harp comes in at 1:17, has always been my favorite part of Rose’s theme. You did a great job!! Love when you upload.

As always, Marc, perfection. I'm hoping to hear (see) the cue, "The sinking" cue, or the "Death of Titanic," cue.
The Death of Titanic cue toward the end, Horner used very high French Horns. I remember as a kid, that orchestration had terrified me!
Thanks Trevor :) And yeah Death of Titanic is one intense cue ! That very end with the horn section playing high notes along with the trumpet ostinato and that huge cluster, absolulely brilliant, very effective writing my Mr Horner :)

He used Descant Horns for flexibility to the runs of the music line and movin of the melody . He does it a lot of times ...

All in one score ... The complete work from the film is 20th anniversary of the film and in that album James , presents the complete soundtrack he composed for the film... and it's completely outstanding

In my opinion, one of the very best from the late Maestro Horner. Cues toward the end of the film ('A Promise Kept', 'An Ocean of Memories') are like a crown jewel of this score. Any chance you could play some of them? Greetings. Great job, very intriguing. French horns are my particular favorites from all the instruments of the orchestra.
PS: I always felt like the beginning of the melody in this cue was a little different from how Celine Dion sung it. Now I've realized it was because of one of the beats being empty.
