    This has a really great tint! 😃 I like flashlights that are a little on the rosey side.

    I just got one of these in 6000k. I love the UI, build quality, and brightness, but it is just too small for me. I guess I should have paid more attention to the specs before I ordered it. I have larger hands and it is just a bit awkward to use. I know I am probably in the minority on this! Single AA lights used to be my favorite form factor, but most lights I buy these days for every day carry are the smaller 18650 ones. They are easier to handle, most have the ability to charge the battery while it is in the light, and they are brighter with a lot more run time.

      That's fair it's never a problem to have an extra light around

    Most 14500 cells are ~ 49.2mm in length. Will this accept a 14500 cell that is 52mm in length?

    I just got one of these today in the mail. Awesome.The clip is not so bad for me.

    excellent video. always enjoy watching your stuff. im curious to see if youll do a video on edc bag pouches where you keep and store your lights.

      At hope they are stored in a set of Kennedy tool boxes. I'm running out of room though

    Great little light but beware turbo since the head can get very hot quickly!

    Do you know how many amperes are the current from the built-in battery? I've looked everywhere for the data but can't find it

    • @LiquidRetro
      @LiquidRetro  ปีที่แล้ว

      I didn't test that, with the dual tube design that can be pretty difficult. You want a high drain cell if your looking to buy spares because it's a fet driver

    Yeah, got mine a couple of days back on Ali Express. Paid $16.oo for the light, all the accessories, battery, charging cable, and even a basic charger that works surprisingly well. Unfortunately overall I'm disappointed in the light. User interface quite frankly way too complex for a light of this size and price. I can mostly switch the light off, but the red Auxillary LEDs on the lowest setting remain on, constantly. Pulled the battery completely out to switch it completely off.
    I'm honestly not too upset. For $16.oo, the lanyard, charging cable, charger, and 14500 battery all together would easily cost more than that. But yeah, my first Wurkkos is a bit of a disappointment.

    Hey man, does yours have the smoking emitter issue on turbo? A cloudy lens might indicate that

    • @LiquidRetro
      @LiquidRetro  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I haven't really taken the early one apart to clean it but it's probably worth checking and could be why the lumen numbers are a little lower

    Hmmm, I'm about to buy my first light and now I'm thinking I'll get this and maybe a Sofirn SC31 pro cause that seems really nice, although the Wurkkos TS21 also seems to be liked. The form factor of the SC31 pro is nicer though. Any ideas?

    • @LiquidRetro
      @LiquidRetro  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I did a review on both, have you seen them? The Ts21 has emitter options which I prefer myself

    • @joshrayner7167
      @joshrayner7167 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@LiquidRetro I have, I might rewatch them both back to back again. I'm just a touch concerned about how fast the TS21 heats up and the size. Thanks for your reply!

    • @LiquidRetro
      @LiquidRetro  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@joshrayner7167 Ya both are valid concerns. A triple with a 21700 is going to do both. You don't have to turn it on to max output always though

      @@LiquidRetro I think you've convinced me... I measured some more basic flashlights we have around the house to get an idea of the size and it doesn't seem too bad. Can I ask one more thing, would you recommend I get the SST20 version, or the Nichia 219C version? I've heard people say good things about the Nichia LEDs
