Im looking to build out a scheduled flow monthly to create a line item of revenue on any product associated with an active opportunity every month (I have created a checkbox to know if the opportunity is active). But i have no clue where to start with this, can you help?
Is it possible to use this Logic of flow to send an email within case object After have selected number of case record? Idea I select number of cases in list view as user and I send a mail to them because I've evaluated that they have the same issue
Which logic are you talking about? The data table? If yoy are looking to send an email to a list of cases, from the list view then flow don’t yet support a list view button. But if you are looking to have a screen flow and select certain rows and then send an email out to those selected rows, you probably can do that
@@PratimaShri in my use case I woul like to write a Dynamic message to send to all the case recipient (client). I'm thinking to save Time for agent who see there is several case are same in a moment and give him thé possibility to select the liste of case records which will be the recipient of the agent mail. I'M thinking screen flow with that. Puting some text élément and rich text but I dont Know 1-how to collect the different mail récipient when they are selected in the list view 2-if this action will let History wiew of thé sending email. Because for agent perspective its important that every action like that are logged in cases individualy.
@@gopalsalesforce You cant sign up now.. usually they are open before the pre-release - something like this. www.salesforce.com/form/signup/prerelease-winter23/ But once you sign up , you will always be able to use it on latest release. if you have sandboxes, perhaps some sandboxes may be in winter 23

Can we show more than 1000 records in flow datatable or do we have pagination feature in this?
didnt see a pagination feature yet.. have to try to over 1000 records
