Hello!

2:42 pm. I’m so happy I came accross your video. It’s been a challenge starting to journal my feelings about the Word and my Praise. The simplicity and beauty of letting go of aesthetics and diving into my soul really makes a difference allowing me to put down my journey in God’s word. Your bible study journal is so pretty! I've been doing the YouVersion bible study plans since the beginning of January and have been writing down the scripture for each section of each day of each plan (mainly to practise my handwriting more than anything, but also to help me read the scripture). Running out of paper in the section of the notebook I'm using (the other two sections are for sermon notes at church and song lyrics), so just started a new notebook for further Bible study notes (including plans I have saved to study at some point).

I thought I was being silly adding pictures to my Bible study notebook but it just clicks in my brain too!!!! I’m a scrapbooker and quilter so I guess I want my study notes to be beautiful as well!! Thanks for sharing!!!!! ♥️

Hi Elyssa. I wanted to tell you what an inspiration you have been for me. I picked up my bible and I just felt this overwhelming desire to read it everyday. So I want to set myself for success and will start very simply by reading at least 10m every day during my lunch break. Once I get used to the reading habit I want to follow on your footsteps and have a set up like yours. I would love to see an updated video about this. If you have one already, please let me know. This is an excellent video Elyssa!!!! I am in the beginning stages of doing this very thing to solidify and bring together a more clear understanding of what I am studying and the sermons that I am listening to with more of a masculine flair...LOL Thanks so much.
I would fold the back page of ur bujo diagonally from top corner into the middle and cut along that line. if u then glue the rest of edges of the page to the back cover u create a pocket for your pictures so they dont fall out and can be slide in and out at the top

Jen Wilkin spoke at our spring conference this year. I met her. She is an amazing speaker/ author. I did her bible study with the women on 1st Peter previous to that. Amazing.
Thank you. I keep a mixed media art journal which in its nature is messy and complicated. Trying to simplify my mind for a Bible study journal is hard work. I am not motivated to turn to a journal that doesn't also feed my creative thirst. Your solution is perfect. It puts some artistic value on the pages while allowing me to not take out my paints and brushes. Thank you for getting me started on the new and hopefully successful bullet journaling path.

Thank you for sharing your trials and tribulations with faith planning/bible study. Your commonplace book inspired me to look it up- Viola! the originator, a writer uses index cards... My creativity leans more toward writing, index cards are perfect for how my brain works!

Quite nice.
I began using Artists Loft journals of this size about 2 years ago and now (2021) I can no longer find them. I've tried at their online store and it wants me to download their app and I can go no further. Very frustrating and I'm down to my last journal.
The size and all is awesome so I'm searching for something similar. I don't have a Michaels where I currently live so that's not an option. Prayers that I find something. I'm on an extreme budget so cost of other bullet journal options plays into this too. God bless y'all 😇💙💙

I did put several on a page to save paper. I just used Pages, the document program on my Mac 😊
