Thanks Bruce! Check out my duotts Mountainbike review, there's something in it that you've requested ;) Hope all is good there down in your hemisphere, weather must get better soon! We had massive flooding in Europa, happy climate change days! Nothing happened to our property luckily.
It can't get any better than this. Nice conditions, wonderful terrain, good models, great piloting and superb editing. Even birds must be impressed with those scenes.
Epic opener .. kind of like a "choose your adventure game into". All are such great missions and adventures. Scenery as always was amazing. Hope your summer is lasting into the fall season.
Stunning footage, Mario. Brilliant flying and filming. I love the chase stuff. I'll bet those chartreuse props make it easier to see your wingman. Thanks so much for sharing your adventures. Happy flying amigo. 🤠👍
Stunning scenarios, Mario! Truly amazing flying and footage!!! 😃 I'm going to watch again later with my father, but I saw a small... Something, running from the drone at some point! 😂 Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
What a beautiful place to fly long range! I liked the long range chase footage, I've only ever tried chase footage within a few hundred meters. Looks like fun, I think I'll try and talk a friend into it.
Thanks Conrad, nice to see you commenting on one of my videos! I've seen many of your awesome Canadian big mountain adventures. Key to chase flights is good communication and also green props ;)
Got it tuned well? Got rid of jello? In such good conditions like here, with no wind, even the tiny chimera 4 works really good. On that same mountain with 70kph gusts in the autumn I was happy with the mass of Aura 10 up there!
Your mountains look very impressive tho. I love to fly them and dive then in Ms flight sim! Your short summers tho, and the hard cold winters - not a lot time to fly...
Was one of the best FPV afternoons! Truerc xair2 times 2, my fault setup since more than a year. And some cp5 omnis also from truerc. On the first 2 flights I had manual ch1 on FCC mode, and got really bad range. Then set to Auto Ch and it was good, so maybe the frequencies of ch1 were occupied there...
How do you get that range from the o3 air unit? I've just built a 6" Chameleon, I've put that blank file on the root of the sdcard in the googles2. If you see my latest video when i go down the end of the road is where it starts to loose signal about 800meters maybe. Cheers!
Do you use the ham cfg file, correct name... ? Check if you have 3ch avail when you are in manual mode, in 40mhz mode. This means FCC is working. Then still go back to auto so the system selects the best available channel. For me, manual ch1 worked with terrible signal there, Auto was fine then...
@Rcschim thanks for your reply, yes have correct ham file and see 3 channels under 40MHz and 7 under 20MHz, which is why I'm confused. I see everyone flying 15 to 20klms on the o3 yet I get maybe 800meters I am going thru trees but if it's 1300w it should be able to punch thru at that range surely
@RollsFPV if you have trees range can significantly drop.. Try flying in the open space and see if you get to like 5km without Bitrate dropping to single digits.
Excellent, as always!

those days... those days are the reason to keep flying again and again! nice
Yeah totally agree my friend 😊😊

brilliant stuff, i love contour surfing
Thanks Alan! Flying with wings was more challenging there, also rewarding, flying the chimera7 felt like cheating, so easy it was
Wow mario! What a landscape! ❤
Idea for a video: how do you prepare for long range flying like this? How to scout for spots, equipment mods? Angry farmers?

Schöner Edit, Alpen sind immer nice
I rarely fly beyond 1km. Can't imagine getting those shots. Great stuff!
Wow amazing flying

Thanks to Texas ;) this has been amazing. Nice to see it resonates well with the audience!

I think you mean the mountain goats🐐 ;)
Greets to your father!
@@Rcschim That's probably it! 😂
Awesome video.
richtig cool geworden, ich muss unbedingt mal in den bergen fliegen ❤
Dank dir! Ja Berge sind mir die Liebsten FPV spots, vor allem wenn die Bedingungen so gut sind...
Awesome video 👊😎 new subscriber 👌thanks for sharing your adventures 😊🙏

You are the master diver, you got mountains ending in vallies - here in Norway we have mountains ending in Fjords.
Your mountains look very impressive tho. I love to fly them and dive then in Ms flight sim!

Das ist am Schneeberg oder? Coole flüge, da muss ich auch mal hinschauen :)
Ja, der Hügel Spot ist vor Puchberg, der 2te bei knipflitz, und der 3te bei losenheim.
Beautiful! Can you share the approximate location?
sure, it's the Schneeberg, Lower Austria: maps.app.goo.gl/LgwYSWjB17Jbpsnz8
Great video! I just wondering how does it stick to regulations up to 120m ? (I want to fly so too but a bit scary about compliance)
Do you know the Matrix? "There is no spoon" ....
Look like a fun day :) What goggle antennas are you using these days?

Flying the alps just mean it’s further to walk when it all go ts up
It always scares me to think about the recovery hike during flights this is what makes me fly extra cautious ;)
@@RcschimBut recovery is always possible I have heard ;)
5:28 there, the goats! 😂
