    If I’m not mistaken nissan added a crappy exhaust on purpose because their “performance” exhaust didn’t pass noise ordinances so they just decided to offer it as a aftermarket upgrade.

    • @patricklaurie6993
      @patricklaurie6993 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Correct. They knew that as soon as people get their hands on the car they will put an aftermarket setup. So why bother spending $$ to create a factory exhaust which will just end up going to the bin. Ingenious!

    In Australia zee is pronounced zed and the hood is called a bonnet.

    • @Coyote350
      @Coyote350  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What makes the "English" language unique, is that it's always growing - a dynamic living language. Words are being added, and this will continue. "Australian English" is merely a dialect of a much broader stream, which embraces British English, Chinese English, Indian English, and.. American English. All this, since it started as a dialect of the German language.
      The direction any language takes, is based on where it gets its new words. In this case, America has been creating more "American dialect" words - what we understand and take for granted as "popular culture."
      Zed or Zee will morph into what it will - no one person or country can prevent change. The French tried enforcing the French language by insisting the use of French, over English words where a French word existed. An effort in futility, as it failed.
      If pronunciation is really the problem, perhaps focus can be poured on the vowels i.e. A E I O U... Is it 'stralia or Aus-tralia? Mel-bourne, or Mel-bin? Can-berra or Can-bra? Bris-bane or Bris-bin?
      The fact that "Zee" is being used over Zed, indicates that Australia is interacting globally; with migration and international trade, the "Australian" dialect of English will be different 10 or 100 years from now, as it was for the same period in the past - don't hold back change; it's impossible.

    Congratulations man. I’m 2000km into my auto performance Boulder grey model in New Zealand. The car is so powerful. I agree on the tyres. The bespoke 370z potenzas on my 370z are better

    • @Coyote350
      @Coyote350  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Chris! I agree power feels more than stated. The car is geared for so much top end it’s not funny. Was legit cruzin in six gear with what felt like my foot felt halfway and I looked at the dash and it said 180kmh 😂 Closed course of course. I’ve got a question for you. Do you think the suspension bedded in over time. It was really boaty and threw the balance off the car a lot. It seems more stable now or am I just use to it?

    I agree with everything you’ve said. I had a feeling it would be like this despite not having driven the car. I have a 370z and seeing as the suspension components are a carry over to the new Z, suspension was going to be where the car is lacking. The positive though is the LSD and I guess we can fix those issues with coil overs ect. Can’t win in all directions. We are lucky Nissan gave us this car and hopefully other car manufactures realise that they need to go back and make cars for the enthusiast and stop pumping out garbage generic suvs and hybrids.

    • @Coyote350
      @Coyote350  ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven’t driven the 370z myself. But my dad who has, said that it’s still got a stiffer suspension setup than this. Which is weird because it’s definitely gone backwards not forwards. Either way, this car is a win for me and the look of this thing alone convinces me 😅

    • @patricklaurie6993
      @patricklaurie6993 ปีที่แล้ว

      Come to think of it if you were planning to do a 350z vs new Z, may as well throw a 370z in that vid. I’d be happy to offer mine up. Got some decent mods, Tomei, intakes oil cooler ect. Only downside it’s an automatic ha. Let me know what you think
