Hi Andy. Thanks for your help mate. Been a fan of guitars for decades mate have owned a beautiful Monterrey for 20 years as a display lol. I just tuned it up spent a couple minutes practising how you showed us and now after all these years I finally played something that is a recognisable tune. Your a legend mate cheers. And thankyou.
Thanks. Another one of those songs I could read the scored musical notation gor, play all the right chords/melody notes gor, tight rhythm etc but couldn't get it to sound like the song shoul sound because I didn't know some of these little tricks, being entirely self taught with guitar. The music theory etc m as nuals are useful to learn basic or even complex stuff, if you're intelligent/patient enough to gigure it a out. But they can',t teach you jow a song is supposed to ferl, or how to put your own unique, iriginal creative interpration onto the same basic song.
