I don’t have Elrica yet either, so will I get 50 fragment free for memory traveler, and 50 fragment for champion traveler as well for the compensation? If I do, I’ll use it for Elrica and August
So I already spend 1200 paid ruby step up on the 2nd anniversary banner to get canary fragment when this banner came out in the end of July. So do I still get a compensation? or is it just for ppl who pay for the step up banner after their mistake? I’m a little lost here.
Replying to both your comments: We're getting the compensation after the banner ends because literally everyone who rolled on the 2nd anni paid banner in any capacity, regardless of whether they pulled before or after the compensation was announced in game, will be getting access to the compensation banner. For every step you complete, you will get a 10 pull on the compensation banner. For each round (set of 5 steps) you complete, you will get enough fragments from these free pulls for one compensation selector, allowing you to pick a Champion of Memories (villain character) to summon. So, in your case, you will get 50 compensation banner pulls and enough fragments for a single selector (if you don't have her yet, definitely get Tatloch from that).

What I’m also confused about, it says that they gonna compensate us on 8/7/24 with a free step up banner for the second anniversary for their mistake, but the last day to pull for second anniversary is Wednesday 8/7/24 after the update, so how we gonna pull if the banner will disappear no?
@mofongoplaya2135 on 8/7/24 after maintenance, the 2nd anniversary celebration guide will go away, and a new step-up guide only for those who pulled on the 2nd anniversary banner will be up. So if you spent 1200 paid rubies. This is a full step up all the way to step 5. You'll get 5, 10x pull on the new banner that includes only memory travelers & champion travelers & and the general pool. Then you get a fragment each step because you did 5 pulls on that banner. You'll get 5 fragments. (Keep in mind this is all free) Every 5 fragments is a free copy of any champion traveler.

But yet again I might still pay another step up banner and exchange the 50 fragment for Elrica, and the free champion fragments I’ll get it for August to unlock his a4 in the future. 🤔.
