Benoit vs HHH vs HBK for favourite triple threat. They way HHH and HBK tried to treat Benoit as a kayfabe afterthought in the build up plus their previous history of burials really made you think Benoit had no shot. Hell of a match, hell of a finish.
That's a good one. I really like Cena vs Lesnar vs Rollins too.

My favourite Triple Threat match is between Seth Rollins, John Cena, and Brock Lesnar at the 2015 Royal Rumble

That was the year I went to my first WWF house show. The main event was Bret Hart vs. Undertaker vs. HHH (replacing Shawn Michaels).
It ended with Kane making a run-in attacking Undertaker.
Personal favorite triple threat is Gunther vs sheamus vs McIntyre

Meanwhile in WCW in 1997, they had NBA legend Dennis Rodman appear multiple times on their programming throughout the year. Rodman even joined the NWO (the only celebrity to ever join) & teamed with Hogan to take on Lex Luger & the Giant (AKA Big Show & Paul Wright) at Bash at the Beach. Then Rodman played an important role in the World title match at Road Wild where he cost Luger the match by dressing up as Sting & hitting him with a baseball bat. All of this led up to what happened the following year where Rodman teamed up with Hogan again to take on DDP & Karl Malone again at Bash at the Beach. Lastly in 1999, Rodman would come back to WCW & have one more feud this time with the Macho Man Randy Savage which led to another match at Road Wild that Savage won easily in one of the final appearances he had in WCW before quitting the company.
My favourite triple threat match is without any doubt Chris Benoit vs Triple H vs Shawn Michaels from Wrestlemania 20.

The fact that Charles Wright was set to return as Papa Shango (in a darker, more evil tone) in '97 might not have been known by EVERY fan, and could have been included here; it was thought to be too close to the Kane character's debut to have another separate supernatural monster heel and the (supernatural monster *babyface*) Undertaker at the same time; so it got scrapped and they dumped him in the Nation as "Kama Mustafa" on account of being big and black...

I was wondering, now that triple h said a few weeks ago that the name sports entertainment will be no more and the company were going to call it professional wrestling again, instead of calling it WWE, call it WPW, World Pro Wrestling, I'm just thinking out loud here, but if that's true about WWE getting rid of the sports entertainment name, I'm curious as to what they will change it to 🤔

My favourite triple threat match is & will always be Samoa Joe Vs Ajay Styles Vs Christopher Daniels in TNA the match has everything & should be the benchmark for a triple threat match in my opinion.
WWF Superstars continued airing in the international markets. Gorilla Monsoon would sometimes provide commentary to matches. He did so until about a month or so before his death.
Gorilla's last work for the WWF/wrestling in general. One of the only guys even Vince ever truly loved and respected, along with Freddie Blassie and Pat Patterson. A true "employee for life"...
