Just wanted to do a shout out to Matt’s mother/father for raising a wonderfully polite, gallant, kind spirited son.
Things I’ve learned about Kentuckians from watching Kayla: Kentuckians have neat garages, are friendly, and love Christmas decorations!
I like your show. Your lady is adorable. But I would love to see her reaction if she brought you something and you said no that item sucks. You agree on everything.
😅 I think they are both super agreeable but a good relationship has these attributes yepppppp
Yeah I kind of agree, it would be interesting to see what she would say or how she would react, if she likes it…..so does he. If she don’t like it, he doesn’t either lol. I love them both though. He’s just a really kind person, probably doesn’t ever want to hurt her feelings so he agrees with everything, I’ve noticed that for a while now.
@@mistywallace820I noticed that a few videos ago. He loves everything she picks & everything she does! Lucky lady.
Kayla you look so young , like a teenager! i love your haircut. I love watching you and matt together. I think y'all make a great match and have so much in common. Awesome!❤❤❤
I commented on FB last week that I went to my first community garage sale and thought I did pretty well. But only because of your videos. Well, I went out again today. I was 20 minutes late to a Church sale and walked by a lady buying the 3 pyrex mixing bowls that still sell well. Lesson learned! But I took my time, and just looked at it as a learning experience. I think I've been bit by the garage sale bug for sure. Again, I say that I could not have done this without the hundreds of videos of yours I have watched. Two or three years ago when you first started I went out and was so overwhelmed I just never went back out. Two years later I am better prepared and it is not overwhelming at all. You have taught me it is okay to walk away with nothing at a sale. It may take 10 sales to find something great. There is so much I have learned from you and I do feel like I did well again today. I did learn that I really need to make a map of sales the day before. I learned not to be late. I also learned to not save an outside town for last because you will drive there for nothing lol. So today was great! And you get the credit! And now Matt. Thanks again for all you do!- Alissa
First time in a while that I’ve heard someone say, “it sells for ____” and not be talking about eBay prices 😅 then still sold it for a buck! What a sweetheart
I love how you two compliment each other. I just can't get over how much you two do and still are so happy I love it
That one garage sale you stopped at with the shell brass little lamps could have been iconic. That man at the table is in a very notorious motorcycle club. I’m sure there was hidden gems. I just sold a “Sonny Barger Hoodie” from the 90’s for $900.
HI MATT & KAYLA, I MUST CONFESS... I HAVE ALL MATCHING HANGERS.
I love vintage cannon towels. They are made to last! I'm still using some from 40 years ago, and they aren't unraveling or anything yet!
I made one sale on eBay it was the starfish jelly cat! Paid 7 at goodwill sold for 38 I was super excited I want to sell more! Love the videos keep them coming. ✌🏼✌🏼
Love it when Kayla said "That's your buy." to Matt about the door stopper😂
At about the 6:50 point you missed the Oneida Snowmates dishes. I sold just 4 bowls last year for around $60. You got some really great stuff tho. I've learned so much from both of you!
You guys know your stuff. I am impressed with the amount of great items you find. You both get along together so great. I really think God brought you two together. Great partners.
Omg The turtle you found at the beginning of this video was a pre-printed pattern. In about 1972 I made that same stuffed animal in my home ec. All you did was sew around the edges and stuff it.
THANKS FOR THE BLAST FROM THE PAST. I love your channel- thanks for teaching me 😊
I had a ragedy anne doll that was very similar.
When Matt asked Kayla for permission to buy the door stop, I cracked up. He's cute:)
I have learned so much from Kayla , so descriptive of items. So kind and respectful to everyone. I'm not leaving you out Matt, you are helpful to. A great team, I had watched all of Kaylas shows now going through all yours. Love yall!
The genius giant and the classy , smart and savvy shopper lady.
Y'all *
Kayla, I would love it if you would do a video about how you get everything done. I know you have 2 kids, a house, plus you have to list and ship. I just want to know HOW you do it all. What is your schedule like?
I’ve wondered as well.. she gets items listed so quickly!
$3 plush 😳 but then only $4 for the book set?
@@kayscarpetta5502agreed!😅
I believe Matt helps list.
Every woman is a superwoman in some way. Mad respect Kayla for building your own business and niche in this fast paced world. @@kayscarpetta5502
Kayla your hair is looking great and it seems like your make up is just making you glow. Maybe Love has somethin' tondo with it.
Hi Kayla and Matt another great video!! So much good stuff again today. Love watching these extra videos. You two are awesome helping each other. Blessings your friend Joyce from California HUGS 🫂 🤗 ❤️
I still have my patchwork turtle pillow from my childhood. ❤ Love watching you two together! -Amy
Love this! Kayla is sorting through those plushies!! Love the passion! Love this channel!
I love you guys ❤ you are always the highlight of my day when one of your videos show up from either channels. Thanks for being so adorable together 😊
I love the little turtle trinket box! And then to grab the Turtle Grateful Dead plush, good eye as always with the rest of these babe!
I absolutely love you two together makes me smile every time I see you together 😊❤️🥰
YAY!!!!Thanks for all the fun!! You guys have the EYE for the good stuff! Love your videos!!❤
Sorry hun, Empoli is an Italian glass maker, not a style, or shape. Happy hunting.
I so love watching you two!! Such great chemistry between you guys your videos make my heart smile🥰
At the 26 min mark....that is an alabastrite lamp shade!!! Worth some $$.
Awesome finds !!! I love the lamp shade with all the different lighthouses on it & the beautiful brass lighthouse !!! ❤️🙂
So many amazing finds that will do really well on ebay!! The BOOK set, the jellycat, the GD plush , the brass towel rack, SO MANY!
Love watching you & Matt!! ✨ Cheers from South Carolina
Kayla slamming the back hatch door on her wallet and glasses!!! :)
I don’t resell but I always learn from your videos. I am looking through a different lens when I visit garage sales or goodwill. Keep up the great work!
Ha! 🤣 Ya’ll are so much fun to watch together. And sweet Kayla, a gun has a holster, and a knife 🔪 has a sheath. ❤️🐚
I giggled about that too❤she’s funny.
Love the tea light holders. Always great seeing you two, keep on keeping on😊
Hello from Ireland wish we had great bargains like this!! I’ve not watched yet but know already there will be bargains!!
I'm from Finland. I watch every one of your videos ❤
Kayla, you've got a great eye but you don't often realize that Matt's trying to show you another great item. Love you though.
She has one of those "brain affected" disorders (she has mentioned it) that might be ADHD. She has said that when she is focused on an item, she doesn't hear ANYTHING!!! (As we've seen, when she appears to ignore Matt. But she is in a sort of trance)
My son has ADHD, so I'm familiar with some of the symptoms.
The tealight holders are probably abalone shells.
That's what I was thinking..I don't even recognize the name capiz 😑
Good afternoon guys. You out checking out Lexington. Some great sales. Love the candle holders. The blankets were cool. You got some great stuff. Thanks for taking us along. 🥰
you guys just seem to know exactly what to buy ! very impressed and so much fun to watch !!
Nice to see Valuetales continue to do well. I sold a set over 10 years ago and still remember the surprise final price! I had no idea when I purchased them!
I absolutely LOVE the 2 of you and love watching your videos! I've learned a lot from watching.....and my HubCap and I have been wanting to start doing this, too!
Three grateful dead items a charm! Lol! I love it! ( : These capiz tea light holders are gorgeous too!! ( : love the Aladdin quilt too! Such good finds, as usual, guys( : The Pampered chef ice cream scoop has antifreeze inside it the handle, so it melts and cuts through the ice cream like butter! ( : i sold Pampered Chef for years. Sadly one of my children took mine and they don't sell them the same anymore! ) : It is amazing! ( : I love the stuffies and the capiz tealight holders
I wonder if the ice cream scooters have leaked. It can kill a doggy, not sure about children.
At 14:12 Kayla again leaves her wallet (and sunglasses) on the edge of the bumper while closing the back hatch. 14:09
I’m in the comments to see who else noticed that, lol 😆
I really want her to wear her wallet like a Fanny pack or front pack....
LOL, Kayla, I'm into my matching hangers too. Then, the towels...you guys crack us up. The troll's value shocked me. Nice picks.
The Grateful Dead Plush was pretty cool- no idea they had plush
That Willow Tree Nativity its beautiful! My mom has the whole set plus all the extras, with all the boxes. I bought it for her 20 years ago for $250. If she peiced it out she could get over a thousand for it. Of course she would never let it go! 😊❤
Love, love the video, all the different pieces you both found and so much fun that comes across!
I enjoyed watching you both search for great resale items and things to keep, awesome finds
Loving these videos with you and Matt. Keep them coming
I immediately went online and bought those books. I am so excited that i was able to snag them. I have been watching you for months now and love what your doing.
Love seeing you twice a week!
That was a fun video. That blackboard ornament at the end reminded me of all the ornaments and decorations my mom would get every Christmas from her students during her years as a nursery school teacher.
You guys always find the coolest stuff. Had no idea about the Grateful Dead plushies either. Will be on the lookout now.
So Matt has 3 kids? and you Kayla have 2? Maybe you two should have 1 and make it an even 6🤭
A baby picker!
The Brady Bunch👌
Yours mine and ours 😂
You must work so hard searching then cleaningg then. Pricing and pictures and onto eBay!! I admire you and Matt. Lots of energy!!
Hello from Sweden! So fun following you on your yard sale tour! Interesting to see what you are looking for and what sells on the American market vs my Swedish / Scandinavian market. Keep it up! And thank you for sharing!
If you put up videos of something similar I'd watch :)
Kayla that hair style looks great on you ❤
Those brass-based flower shades were beautiful Kayla. Well spotted by you again. Did you snag the thrift store troll? That was cool as well. Even if it did make Matt's phone freeze…..
I love watching your shows first you learn things love watching you get so excited it's a pleasure to watch Good vibes
love this show lots of luv from uk
My favorite item is seeing you two together 🙃. You guys had a great pickin day. Cograts.
We love picking up those Value Tales books you found! They are really cool and sell great for us! Awesome video!
Hi! I love your videos!! They are my break activity. I am from upstate New York and yard sales are few and far between. You should give classes on flipping. I have a hack for you…… when you find a t shirt with cracked letters/graphics take a tiny amount of acetone on a a cotton swab and swipe it over the problem and it will “fix” it. I watch you, Part Time Picker, and Commonwealth 19:42 Picker. I also watch one diver and one storage unit buyer. Best to you and your girls.
I love your videos and love you and Matt together. It makes the videos even better. Jellycat frogs are really desirable. The fergus frog has just been rereleased so the value has gone down a fair bit but always look out for them.
The special edition bunny’s are worth crazy money so always worthy looking out for those too
I love you two together.. Thank you for sharing your vlog. So wish we had yard sales in the UK instead of car boot sales. K🇬🇧❤
Hi! I watched a channel here with a guy that is from uk, he was going to car boot sales and charity shops, aka thrift stores, I was wondering what exactly is a car boot? Like people bring stuff to a parking lot and sell it from the boot of their car? USA we say trunk but I know the boot is the trunk in the uk. Lol. My little grandson was obsessed with EVERYTHING UK for several years when he was about 8 to 10 yrs old so I know ALOT about uk, I think I remember him talking about car boot sales too. ❤
@@mistywallace820 Hi, yes in deed that’s exactly what a car boot sale is, it would be organised by an individual who owns land or an organisation on someone’s land, where you can take your unwanted items to sell from your car or even a trader with a big van, usually in the Summer on a Sunday morning, as a seller you arrive early, pay a set fee and set up your table with your goods, then at a set time usually 8am the public who also pay a fee,can enter. Because you literally walk from one car to another,it can be quite overwhelming, crowded and you don’t always have the space to comfortably look at someone’s table. There is usually someone selling anything from cups of tea/coffee to the larger venues having different food truck, fairground rides, professional market traders etc. Its just not as personal an interaction as a garage sale where you can have a good look around, ask questions, have a break between sellers, also because you are outside and our weather, they are often cancelled the day before. My husband hates going to them but I like to see if I can grab a bargain or two. 😂😂 Always happy to answer any questions about the UK. Kind Regards x
great video!!! Love the lotus lights and the lighthouse shade!
Gosh I really miss America - love watching you go the the garage sales 🇬🇧🇺🇸🌸🌸
Thanks for another great video. Love watching you both interact together as you are so cute.
That Finnish knife is amazing. I have the same one but with a normal fixed blade for general bushcraft and it's the sharpest knife I have and my favorite. Finnish knives, especially that brand are great. Good steel, they stay sharp for a long time because the grind on the blade is a scandi grind makes it easier to sharpen and hold the edge longer.
Those books are lowkey super cool
Too funny, I have all matching hangers of one kind on my side of the closet and all matching hangers of another kind on my husband's side. Yep love it.
I really like the towels and the shell tea lights. Thanks for this video
Capiz shells. My mom always had a wind chime made with them. Beautiful ! Great finds !!
Holy sheet! Awesome calling Matt out on the blankets, he is magnetic too them. The episode where he went to that hole in the wall thrift I believe they were Pendleton.
Anywho, I shall call you out on the knives 🔪 they come too you, as they do too Britney. 😁 22:00
I have even hung tote bags on the door knob and still forgot them. Now I put them on the floor right in front of the door, so I would have to move them in order to get out of the door. So now I remember the bags, but I forget to bring them in the store with me. 🤦🏼♀️😂
Really makes me happy when the two of you are out sourcing at yard sales , Kayla I'd like to know does Matt even help you list items . Just asking cause I'm sure he does😊
I loved that snowman dinnerware (at the garage sale that had the taco ornaments)
I find most Christmas dinnerware to be gawdy, but those were sweet.
Another awesome video! Love you guys
Awesome finds and great video ❤❤
Cool video guys as usual. Also you guys make good couple. We got over 825 items in my ebay store so far now. Picked up whole box of 50+ near mint ballcaps with most of them of Caterpillar or railroad companies
I still have my Value Tales books from childhood. My kiddo loves them❤
I saw that patchwork turtle and immediately went to your store to buy it! I have no idea where I will put it, but I just fell in love with it❤️❤️❤️
Kayla! Your hair cut is super cute👍
Your hair looks great that length and you look so very happy!!!
When you went to the thrift store you were just three blocks from my house. They have great prices.
Love the book set! Teaches lessons in a fun way. 👍
Love the videos! Heck yeah!
Omgoodness! You were right next door to my house with the turtle trinket and gore Jersey purchase. And to think I overlooked those items you picked up.
I liked the set of books for $4.00. Great buy. Watched from Pekin, IL
THESE TWO ARE ON 🔥
Another video? HECK YESS 🙌❤️
" heck yeah!!!!😂
I relate to the first guy so much 😂 I too am just trying to get my stuff on hangers 😂😂😂
I see you mentioned the foul towels! Because i went right there when you started looking at towels. . . 😆
Kayla I only use white hangers! And I color coordinate my shirts! LoL
So Empoli is not a shape of glass it's a maker of glass from Italy
Always keep your eye out for the liquid blue stuff. Also nice score on the value tales lot. I've sold a few of those
Some great finds awesome video you two
My son had that Aladdin bed set ❤
We have it still right now ! I think we bought it for my daughter in the 90’s. We still use it often. ❤
