14:41 the implication, to me, was that they can move between the dimensions at will but can't get past the seal in any dimension, it's magic and therefore it would be multi-dimensional, like mana. Under water episode: The trio are receive a destress call from where Vilgax ship went down during The Final Battle: Part 2. Investigating the signal they find Psyphon in an underwater cave who has been using pieces of the wreckage to attempt to call for help. He however is unable to leave the cave as a leviathan (Possibly a krakken from the original series) has been attempting to kill him. In the end its revealed that Psyphon had attempted to take a sample of the creature in hopes that when he got to the surface he could use it to find and cure Vilgax from his weakened state and if that failed. sell it to buy his way home. Either way the creature angered by this hunts Psyphon.

Given that his dimension was currently connected to source of all magic, the repercussions would probably have destroyed his own dimension or killed him as punishment, since the payment was all the souls in ledger domain.
That’s a pretty good point. Part of me feels like Dagon is powerful enough to refuse following the rules, but perhaps it’s following the rules is what lead to his great power in the first place.
I’d love to see a moment where the trio gets ambushed and sent flying in the car, then as they approach whatever body of water Kevin gets really excited and says something like “See, I told you making the car submersible would work out!” But then it turns out the water is like 2 feet deep so they just slam into the ground Edit: alternatively, the floor could then cave in, sending them into some underwater cave or something
Duuuude that would’ve been funny😂. I love how Kevin simultaneously gets a lot of cool scenes but gets dunked on a lot in the series. Would’ve been perfect for one of the dunking on scenes haha
I would guess it was Vilgax who died in the original version. It has to be a major character since they clearly had no issue killing minor ones, and I can’t imagine them even attempting to kill off any other character.
I think it could've been Kevin. After the Ultimate Kevin arc and all his character development it could've been his "ultimate sacrifice" and it would've open the doors for Ben to get a new best friend/sidekick character in the next show (Rook). He could've died sacrificing himself to save Gwen, who Diagon was controlling at one point in the finale iirc. Maybe I'm just trippin tho.
3 down… it feels like it’s going too fast, but it’s really not. Thanks Kuro! You’ve helped me gain a new perspective I didn’t have growing up. Here’s to Omniverse!
The words “herald of Dagon” really made me wish we had other lieutenants of sorts sprinkled throughout the arc to REALLY sell the weight of Vilgax being the last line of defense against the heroes
Dagon conquered a hundred dimensions and he only has his Lucubra parasites, a bunch of Scientologists based on an ancient transdimensional brainwashed cult, and a space squid. He could have gotten even more weird shit but we didnt see it huhu
It was probably a reference to the "Herald of Galactus" (mainly Silver Surfer) from Marvel or the "Herald of Unicron" (mainly Galvatron/Upgraded Megatron) from _Transformers._ In fact, the big bad getting a radical power boost to herald the coming of an ever bigger bad, potentially the intent to betray (Vilgax -> Dagongax) is a great parallel to the transition between Megatron and Galvatron.
The Omnitrix is also connected to Ben's nervous system so it can probably sense when he starts going into fight or flight mode when he looks at the watch.
The Fasttrack edit was seamless. I have wanted to say this for a wail. All of you at the ink tank are amazing artists and TH-camrs. The only thing i don't like about your videos is that there is a week wait between them. I know it's just an artists thing but yall need to stop doubting yourself. That part goes for anyone reading this too.
I briefly remember being hype about the war between the knights and the esoterica in this episode and all we’re missing is the dark and endless dalek night playing in the background
I watched Omniverse for the very first time last year during Pandemic, and absolutely loved it. The whole series as a whole was a breath of fresh air , especially after UAF ❤. It was during this time I started watching you too.
The Dagon arc shares a lot of similarities with how Megatron was portrayed in Transformers Animated, where he was basically on life support for the first season, leading up to his resurrection later on. I think both shows where running at similar time, which would be funny if true.
I think the best way to pay off "Kevin's car being submersible would've been during the AF finale where Vilgax turns into his giant octopus form. He destroys the ship leaving all of the characters to drown but right as it looks hopeless for our heroes, Kevin's car swoops in and saves everyone in a submarine mode.
That or like we see him rescuing people out of the water or get a mention that that's how he saved someone. Like the Ben POV would cut out after beating Vilgax and then we either see Kevin's car in Submarine mode or we cut to Ben on the surface and Kevin brags about his car
Well an Underwater Adventure could involve Atlantis, which was secretly built by Aliens or something, like the Original Undertown. Ripjaws had better be in it too, maybe Dr Animo in a Squid Robot, like the ones from that one Episode of Classic.
To be fair, if the episode was re-edited to remove a major death scene, the excessive transformation sequences may be to fill the space for whatever that sequence was.
My headcanon for the psychic link Ben has with the watch is that it becomes more fused with him the longer he wears it. In classic episode 1 he tries to remove it before becoming heatblast. There we see it visibly detach from the skin, but later in series 3 Vilgax removes it in a sequence animated it like it was part of Ben's skin. The Ultimatrix was attached to Ben's genetic profile via Albedo long before it reached him, also.
Been here for every breakdown I cant believe we got this far! I gotta soft spot for omniverse, let the breakdowns come! A cool idea for using Kevin's submersible car would be if dagons tentacle form was used underwater or if they changed the seal dimension to a water one. Kinda like an underwater boss fight.
Imagine if they gave conduit Edward’s a simplistic backstory like say he has a family at home or even have him have nothing until he learns about the Dagon(in other words, the Dagon is his whole life) something to show that his character has more meaning ahead of time would’ve made this episode so much more like imagine if conduit Edwards genuinely and sincerely devoted his entire life to Dagon and then he dies by the hands of vilgax, the person who impersonated Dagon and Dagon gave him all that power or he sees that Dagon gave vilgax more power than he got as he died.
Him having one would make him more sympathetic however my idea let’s combine the two he had a family however after a freak accident (choose whatever you want) he becomes religious just to find new meaning in his life and he starts the flame keepers circle as a legitimate charity then he finds something about the dagan who manipulates him into freeing him to see his family again
- As far George's speech was concerned, imagine if the knights didn't clap and instead the audio played crickets - If I were writing Omniverse and wanted to introduce a payoff to Kevin's submarine car, it'd be when Kevin was running from Loona. At some point in the episode, Looma tosses the car with them inside, into a nearby lake, only for it to submerge unharmed. - I'm not crying over Winston's death. And agreed that's George's emotions that sell it, saying he died a knight. I would honestly prefer if the scene included George taking off his helmet and putting onto Winston, symbolizing the honor. - Honestly, not a fan of Vilgax's diagon look.
@@Dr.GregHouse honestly I think that episode would be better if Eon was the main villain and not Vilgax, since we know nothing about animated Eon, except that he is a future Ben and for some reason he has time travel technology
he mentions about possibly skipping this episode and for the longest time I genuinelly did not know this episode existed, until this day I thought that the squire and Conduit edwards deaths were entierly suggested and happened off screen like Driscols and the other guys. I was always confused why the episode I watched started with Eatle and George fighting this new Vilgax but so many episodes started in the action I had assumed what had happened before hand was unimportant All in all from someone who missed this episode, I think like maybe a 3 or 4, it is a very important episode but most of the important things happen in the next episode I feel.
In one of the later Omniverse episodes, where Hex is a good guy, Kevin and Rook are working on the car to make it impervious to anything Ben and his aliens can do. Kevin forgot to include making it magic-proof, which was a shame because Charmcaster was the villain of the episode.
And his girlfriend, Gwen, who you forgot can do magic, too. What would a conversation between Gwen and Kevin look like concerning the major upgrade that he desperately needed?
My personal take on the seal is that it's placed on the weakest point between Dagon's dimension and normal space, acting as a patch to cover a section of space where where the boundaries between the two are thin enough to allow a creature as powerful as Dagon to fully pass through it. It would explain why he's able to use other abilities like his mind control but not actually cross over himself.
20:19 The knights that Ben and George pass on their way to confront Vilgax at the seal were DEFINITELY supposed to be dead originally. The way Ben reacts to them gives it away.
I think the payoff for Kevin's car becoming submersible should've been the final getaway from Vilgax's Ship at the end of AF. Have it be the way they break into the ship, and then have it be the way they escape.
30:21 i personally believe another reason why the ending sucked is because they had to probably change it imagine why in Omniverse ben was alone it could have been the possibility that one of the trio died and that network didn't like so they had to redo everything
@5:50 They could probably have worked in the submersible car with an episode in which they search for Vilgax after the fight only to have him already be taken in, or even a reunion with the underwater hotel (from the OG series), perhaps opening it up for more water-bound alien races before trouble brews. Perhaps the trio get stranded at the end of the episode in the middle of the ocean and Kevin summons the car with a click of his keys and a smug look about him
i could see them having to fight sea beast type creatures were they park on the beach and the group and the car get dragged into the water making gwen unable to form a air bubble around them along with the car and kevin and gwen using the car to fight while ben goes rip jaws would have made a good episode
I have been following your channel for a long time! Watched every breakdown in greater depth more than once. To be honest you are great critic and creator who is trying to keep our childhood & fandom alive Can't wait for the omniverse breakdown♥️ Keep up the good work ! Love from 🇧🇩
I just started watching Omniverse for the first time, like actually watching it. When I was a kid I caught a few episodes but the changes turned me off. I just finished the first season of OV and honestly I LOVE it so much, it is so much more detailed and vibrant than UAF. And the action is actually better too
The exact situation that Kevin mention in this episode would be perfect way to introduce the car being submersible. That way Kevin can say “told you so!”
34:00 "you've got the powers of a ghost" The only one who couldn't get out as easily would be Gwen (though she can teleport) Would be so cool for Kevin to absorb only big chill for this scene while Gwen locks up before teleporting to Ben and Kevin when they stop moving to get to vilgax and arthur faster 38:00 also counts for this
I feel like an episode with dr. Animo mutating sea creatures would be a good place for Kevin to use the submergible part of his car. We can even get to see a transformation of ripjaws by ben.
I think derrick was talking about the absurd ammounts of random people who died Vilgax line after using his energy ball against the knights imply they were dead but they shoved some grunts so u think theyre alive
39:08 Good opinion that I can respect, cause UA Heatblast really looks good. However, I still like Heatblast in any design in OG-Omniverse (Others might disagree with me liking reboot's HB) because he is my favorite alien transformation no matter what. Man, I really wanted to see him have more screen time in Ultimate Alien, thankfully Omniverse gave him some spotlight
Kuro doing a lipsync and a fix for Fast Track and putting everything on halt for it is why I love the breakdown series. This is the best youtube series and ben 10 realted series because of that too.
Probably seeing the return Donovan Grand Smith and his grandson Edwin from the episode They lurk below would be my pick for kevin's care being submersible coming in handy
I don't mind the transformations or the action specifically because it's the last episode. We won't get to see this again, so it's nice to be reminded of how cool it was
i think the strangest part about how he activates the Ultimatrix is that since he just raises his arm and slams it he never cycles through it, he always just goes with what appears first. I think it is mentally controlled and he picks the alien that way also.
I would have had Kevin's Car pay off during the Dagon arc itself. Kevin finally puts the finishing touches on it in this episode, and it flies (as it did in a past episode) to fight either Dagon or the Dagon'd-up Vilgax. Dagon (or Vilgax) are standing over the ocean, and we're in a scenario where our heroes are flying around the the car (Kevin's car can fly, remember, and I imagine Ben as Jetray here). The bad guy is able to smack the car out of the air and it spikes into the water, and Ben thinks they've gone down for a brief moment... only for the car to shoot the Dagon/Dagongax in the foot/tentacle/whatever, and force him to briefly stumble. It's revealed Kevin's car survived the impact with the water and is fighting beneath the sea, causing the Dagon to also go beneath the sea. We then get a cool underwater battle. If this is Vilgax instead of The Dagon, we get a "True form of Vilgax" where he becomes the giant squid, while also having all of Dagon's power. I imagine he looks far more eldritch in this form.
Hey Kuro For underwater episode What if ripjaw's species are exposed to a virus that almost leaves them extinct There only hope is azmuth the greatest genius in 5 galaxy As they're are headed to Galvin. You remember the episode where ben becomes jetray and goes hyperspace While moving so fast ,jetray causes asteroid to dealign and go on the trajectory of their ship Hitting it and causing massive casualties Out of the remaining piscean survived, one of them mutates rapidly further and further becoming almost invunerable but insane And head to wards earth Main aspect of the episode will be 1)trios underwater exploration to investigate the issue 2)ben using ripjaws and going ultimate and resist the virus 3)ben coming to sense how much collateral damage his hero time is doing 4) introduction of life form lock before they did it in Omniverse for bullfrag At last he will be cured by azmuth Or can be used as recurring villan too Any direction And ya Kevin s cool ass car submarine Love you kuro❤ Appreciate your work 🎉
I think blaming omniverse solely for Ultimate Alien's lackluster finale doesn't cover the full story. The season itself handled its pacing horribly and left too many aspects undeveloped when it absolutely could have fleshed it out better by removing what is considered some of the worst filler episodes of the franchise
I agree I really doubt omniverse is really at fault for most of what happened in this finale, considering they still had a ton of time to do better episodes and develop or explain some ideas more, but they just decided an episode about Ben going "NO! NEW ALIENS UGLY!" was a better idea
5:47 Imagine the plumbers were moving the Kraken alien from classic Ben 10 along with her eggs which are now hatched in order to give them space to grow and better keep them secret. We could have the Knights being the Knights, with a fun underwater battle similar to Ripjaws' fight but with Kevin's car thrown into the mix. Maybe have the Kraken recognize Ben.
You're not wasting our time by editing things out; it's actually entertaining to see you do that computer stuff. I was actually more worried about you doing such a time-consuming thing for us to see because I know how much time these videos take. Anyways, love your stuff.
I don’t know why but I’m really looking forward for Omniverse! I don’t know if it’s because I have a soft spot for the different art style or the stories but maybe I’m happy to get out of the UAF style
For the Kevin Submersible Cat, I think if Omniverse got a final season, the group (Ben, Gwen, Kevin, and Rook) are involved in an intense battle near Viscus and the Proto-Truk is destroyed, Kevin’s car being safe and the group hide out there
The car being submersible could've been used in the final battle, maybe the fight gets pushed over towards the ocean or the trio get put into some sort of chase seen and have to flee using the new mode but who knows how it could've gone down
Or placing the actual seal in a long submerged cavern. Given the timeframe around Sir George and Dagon it’d be surprising if no one had found the seal until the Knights located it again.
My theory is that Vilgax was the important character supposed to die in the end of UA during his final battle with Ben. It would explain some weird lines like Vilgax saying he'd miss fighting with Ben or Ben saying "someone should've done that a long time ago" before hitting Vilgax with Ascalon. Would also kinda explain why their fight was so disappointing. CN probably ordered them to change it because i think they wouldn't want to see the main protagonist explicitilly killing a relevant character
u know what, that makes a lot of sense, Ben kills Vilgax after wielding Ascalon and then the Gwen, Kevin and Julie get into their fighting stances (just like they did in the final episode) thinking Ben's mind has been corrupted by the sword but then Ben reverses every damage like he did in the final episode
This feels like it was paced more like a shonen anime than an American cartoon. Where nothing is happening for minutes on end, just endless action. At least in those shows it's usually fights against actual characters and not just Goons. I guess you could equate this to the resurrection f movie where the z fighters were fighting frieza's Goons. Nothing was happening they were literally one shoting each goon. This is practically the same though arguably worse because we don't get a proper fight between ben and vilgax at the end.
Another really awesome example of human Ben doing something usually done in an alien form is when No Watch Ben is the one to land the finishing blow on Vilgax. I really want more stories in the No Watch timeline.
Agreed. Like Vilgax said in that episode, No watch Ben is a wild card. That Ben could be anything, he could be as great as Max, who was a simple human but he was famous even beyond earth. Or he could've inherited the spark or he could have gotten the Omnitrix much later in life. That dimensions had potential
@@donatellohamato748if I were to give no watch Ben a gimmick probably an Ironman style suit that can mimic some of the powers he saw the other bens used or multiple suits only a few aliens he can’t mimic would make sense or he goes down the path of using a prototool like rooks but his is green
@@donatellohamato748 I got it he gets his own prototool that can do some of the alien powers as his own weapons like let’s say in between an episode with skurrd Ben prime somehow comes to the no watch Ben dimension and helps him by giving a list of his aliens that would be useful to have in a prototool and let’s say this universe’s version of Dr animo shows up just now going down his villain arc with no watch Ben’s Omnitool (as a reference to the omnitrix) and no watch and Ben prime team up to defeat animo who has a giant rhino as his mutant animal
14:45 the idea is that the sword is a multi-dimensional object and the lecubras were physically sealed but Dagon was just that big of a threat that he was locked in a different dimension. And if you argue about George going inside the seal and not finding anything it was because the seal is a dimensional seal and not physical.
I'm glad there is someone as dedicated to the series as you. Thanks to you many people see the intricacies and don't think of Ben 10 as just a stupid kids cartoon
I think that the finale would have been mid no matter what. You can definitely feel the age of the UAF era as it goes on. No doubt the crew was getting tired. If anything, omniverse most likely offered them a chance to change things up a bit.
Herald of Dagon Vilgax is probably my favorite version of Vilgax in the franchise because like I’ve said in a poll I’m a fan of whenever villains portrayed as the main antagonist ends up working for a greater evil and gets more powerful from them but it’s mostly conceptually my favorite the design isn’t my favorite like if they incorporated his UAF armor and sword with something like his steroid pistons and mask from classic it’d probably be better
I have a coupe of thing to say: 1. They should have used Kevin's car in the Ultimate Alien season Season 2 episode "Deep" where they go to RipGaws homeworld. 2. As for why the Ultinatrix activates on its own; if you know of the game series "Assassin's Creed" then you paribly know of the hidden blade (a guontlet that has an extendable blade used for assassination). The hidden blade extends when the user flexes a certain muscle, so I thin the Ultimaten works in a similar way wear if Ben does a specific body movement or flexes a muscle, the Ultimatrix recognizes this and activates it's self.
For how the submarine car could have worked, the huge canyon Ultimate WayBig fights on gets flooded by a damaged dam, thus Kevin grabs his car and gets Gwen, revealing to her that the car is now submersable, as it dives through the "river", and most likely doing it again to, say, get Ascalon that got lost in it somehow
This series finale was such a dissapointment, because there was so much potential, so much laid out, and they blew it. Like, if they reworked some things, get the trio to the cave quicker, deal with Dagon in all pt2, and deal with vilgax in all of pt3, I think it would've worked so much better
I'm honestly looking forward to Omniverse, like at first I despised it, I saw what they did to spider-monkey in episode 1 and I just turned it off immediately, the art style was just too different IMO, by the time I gave it a second shot 3 seasons had already been finished, and I'm actually glad I did give it a second try, once you get past the art style it really does have some great episodes with great moments, and I absolutely love whenever Attea's on screen, she was a really fun villain... especially her reaction to Bullfrag.
Neat feature I wanna point out, the gears moving in clockwork when he transforms, if based off a clock like it suggests, the time is moving backwards, alluding to his time powers. Pretty cool !
With the dagon lecubra seal thing, I always imagined it like imagine if you seal off a room with an elephant and many rats, if there's a break in the seal it makes sense the rats could get through, though the elephant probably won't be able to
13:35 agreed about Clockwork. I think Ben really would’ve benefited from aliens that have more hyper specific in powers to put more emphasis on not only the myriad of skills Ben has, but also demonstrating that not every alien can easily be used as a “superhero”

The lucubra could get out when the seal is only partly broken because they're smaller and can fit through the gap, Dagon is too big so he has to wait until the full seal is destroyed.
2 years im thrilled watching these breakdowns from OS to now, glad im sticking to it
5:50 I could imagine Vilgax using his true form again in the water and them having to confront him using the submarine car.
The Omnitrix is also connected to Ben's nervous system so it can probably sense when he starts going into fight or flight mode when he looks at the watch.
Ye
Kuro, that Fasttrack edit was damn incredible
I love how much effort gets put into these reviews. Reanimating a part of the show just to make Fasttrack talk.
The silence was so conspicuous so I'm glad he fixed it
I am not ready to let go this breakdown series. One more show to go... Thanks, Team Ink Tank!
They’ve still got Omniverse tho?
@@JRHunter-ys5ft that’s the “one more show”
@@justrainy4599 technically 2 more since Kuro said he was gonna do Reboot after OV.
@@Black_Knight_-BK- he did?
@@Carni23 In one of his old videos, but cant remember which one.
That was super good editing on the Fasttrack insert, always nice to see the process with these things
23:05 It's that Tennyson strength lol! Strange how Ben has consistently displayed superstrength in his human form even this late in the series.
At 23:22 that classic music ahhhhhhh
So satisfyingly peaceful
Thank you kuroo for putting that
I'm glad in the final episode of ultimate alien that they dedicated a loving memory of Dwayne McDuffie.
Yeah
@TheGlassesPro happy late bday man
Yeah, that was a nice gesture^^
10:14 Fourarms flashing you is pretty scary
I'm pretty sure it was an extra way to extract information from him
I think the best way to pay off "Kevin's car being submersible would've been during the AF finale where Vilgax turns into his giant octopus form.
10:14 Thanks Kuro, naked Four Arms is something i'll never be able to unsee.
You’re welcome!
technically how Four Arms should look like in UA, cuz UAF aliens didn't had clothes
Oh noooooo!
Good grief, he's naked!
That would make sense
That’s Fasttrack edit is lowkey my favorite part of this breakdown 👀
Can't believe the UAF era is already over, can't wait for Omniverse!
It’s not we still have the Ultimate Enemy 2 parter
@@axelnilsson5124 Oh okay, well I'm still surprised that it's gonna be over soon.
35:25 I love the edits and added in details you do. Never change rob never change
- As far George's speech was concerned, imagine if the knights didn't clap and instead the audio played crickets
- If I were writing Omniverse and wanted to introduce a payoff to Kevin's submarine car, it'd be when Kevin was running from Loona.
I think it’s really cool whenever Kuro decides to edit a scene on camera.
Doing a lot of sound and music editing myself, I really appreciate Kuro for looping the music in a smooth way for Fastrack's transformation.
I honestly believe that Vilgax was suppose to die at the end of this finale, since the response "You stabbed me" seems out of place for Vilgax to say.
He probably should have since he does get downgraded in Omniverse into another filler villain
@@axelnilsson5124 except that one episode where wipes out the entire multiverse
@@Dr.GregHouse even then that 200th episode 2 parter was just filler with the only importance being that Ben Prime and 23 is aware of Mad Ben
@@Dr.GregHouse honestly I think that episode would be better if Eon was the main villain and not Vilgax, since we know nothing about animated Eon, except that he is a future Ben and for some reason he has time travel technology
@@Dr.GregHouse hey now, what about Malgax
he mentions about possibly skipping this episode and for the longest time I genuinelly did not know this episode existed, until this day I thought that the squire and Conduit edwards deaths were entierly suggested and happened off screen like Driscols and the other guys. I was always confused why the episode I watched started with Eatle and George fighting this new Vilgax but so many episodes started in the action I had assumed what had happened before hand was unimportant
All in all from someone who missed this episode, I think like maybe a 3 or 4, it is a very important episode but most of the important things happen in the next episode I feel.
@TheGlassesPro That is for calling for help, you simpleton.
@@melvinfranco2142he probably was too deep in his hyperfixation of making his car Ben proof he forgot Gwen is related to Ben to make it Gwen proof
39:06 I'm shocked you didn't point this out, King George has Heatblast in front of his face and yet he still has shadows covering over his face
Nah man, King George is just THAT cold of a motherfucker.
20:19
The knights that Ben and George pass on their way to confront Vilgax at the seal were DEFINITELY supposed to be dead originally.
The way Ben reacts to them gives it away.
but derrick said it was one guy , i honestly think vilgax was suppose to die here but in the end they changed that
@@faizakhalid5710 But then we would not have gotten DagonGax. :(
@@curtisleblanc5897 No i mean that vilgax was suppose to die at the end when ben stabs him but they changed that at the very end of the battle

Ya dumbass.
@@faizakhalid5710 "you stabbed me"
I think the payoff for Kevin's car becoming submersible should've been the final getaway from Vilgax's Ship at the end of AF. Have it be the way they break into the ship, and then have it be the way they escape.
30:21 i personally believe another reason why the ending sucked is because they had to probably change it imagine why in Omniverse ben was alone it could have been the possibility that one of the trio died and that network didn't like so they had to redo everything
@5:50
They could probably have worked in the submersible car with an episode in which they search for Vilgax after the fight only to have him already be taken in, or even a reunion with the underwater hotel (from the OG series), perhaps opening it up for more water-bound alien races before trouble brews.
To be honest you are great critic and creator who is trying to keep our childhood & fandom alive
Can't wait for the omniverse breakdown♥️
Keep up the good work !
Love from 🇧🇩
Thanks for watching this whole time!
I just started watching Omniverse for the first time, like actually watching it. When I was a kid I caught a few episodes but the changes turned me off. I just finished the first season of OV and honestly I LOVE it so much, it is so much more detailed and vibrant than UAF. And the action is actually better too
I love when Kuro does little editing segments in the middle of an episode
Honestly when the “in memory of Dwayne mcduffy” plays, it always hits my in the feels
The exact situation that Kevin mention in this episode would be perfect way to introduce the car being submersible. That way Kevin can say “told you so!”
34:00 "you've got the powers of a ghost"
The only one who couldn't get out as easily would be Gwen (though she can teleport)
Would be so cool for Kevin to absorb only big chill for this scene while Gwen locks up before teleporting to Ben and Kevin when they stop moving to get to vilgax and arthur faster 38:00 also counts for this
I feel like an episode with dr. Animo mutating sea creatures would be a good place for Kevin to use the submergible part of his car. We can even get to see a transformation of ripjaws by ben.
For the submarine thing, I imagine that a villain floods all of Bellwood, and the Trio use it to traverse the submerged streets
I think derrick was talking about the absurd ammounts of random people who died
Vilgax line after using his energy ball against the knights imply they were dead but they shoved some grunts so u think theyre alive
I absolutely love Clockwork's ability to replay past events, it reminds me a lot of Moody Blues from JJBA
That thumbnail of Omniverse Ben punching UAF Ben lmao.
26:41 stuff like this is probably why they moved the Omnitrix onto the anti-grav projector in Omniverse
truly a great decision
21:36
The one way they could fix the knights turning on the trio is if it was ordered by Driscoll.
Personally, I would have loved to see Kevin just drive onto land from water, saying that his submarine car does work or something similar
Probably seeing the return Donovan Grand Smith and his grandson Edwin from the episode They lurk below would be my pick for kevin's care being submersible coming in handy
31:45 OMG that Vilgax voice was really cool. Good stuff Kuro.
Hey Kuro
For underwater episode
What if ripjaw's species are exposed to a virus that almost leaves them extinct
There only hope is azmuth the greatest genius in 5 galaxy
As they're are headed to Galvin.
You remember the episode where ben becomes jetray and goes hyperspace
While moving so fast ,jetray causes asteroid to dealign and go on the trajectory of their ship
Hitting it and causing massive casualties
Out of the remaining piscean survived, one of them mutates rapidly further and further becoming almost invunerable but insane
And head to wards earth
Main aspect of the episode will be 1)trios underwater exploration to investigate the issue
2)ben using ripjaws and going ultimate and resist the virus
3)ben coming to sense how much collateral damage his hero time is doing
4) introduction of life form lock before they did it in Omniverse for bullfrag
At last he will be cured by azmuth
Or can be used as recurring villan too
Any direction
And ya Kevin s cool ass car submarine
Love you kuro❤
Appreciate your work 🎉
I think blaming omniverse solely for Ultimate Alien's lackluster finale doesn't cover the full story. The season itself handled its pacing horribly and left too many aspects undeveloped when it absolutely could have fleshed it out better by removing what is considered some of the worst filler episodes of the franchise
agreed
I agree
I really doubt omniverse is really at fault for most of what happened in this finale, considering they still had a ton of time to do better episodes and develop or explain some ideas more, but they just decided an episode about Ben going "NO! NEW ALIENS UGLY!" was a better idea
at the same time it did make some of the best filler, so theres that
I don't think anyone was fully blaming omniverse.
the ones to be blame is the network itself.
Man I feel like it was just yesterday when you broke down secret of the omnitrix
I can't wait for the omniverse breakdowns
You're not wasting our time by editing things out; it's actually entertaining to see you do that computer stuff.
I was actually more worried about you doing such a time-consuming thing for us to see because I know how much time these videos take.
Anyways, love your stuff.
I don’t know why but I’m really looking forward for Omniverse! I don’t know if it’s because I have a soft spot for the different art style or the stories but maybe I’m happy to get out of the UAF style
Same
Same bro
same bro!!
same bro!!!
Legit same bro I can’t wait for Kuro to tackle the feedback arc and the no watch Ben episode
For the Kevin Submersible Cat, I think if Omniverse got a final season, the group (Ben, Gwen, Kevin, and Rook) are involved in an intense battle near Viscus and the Proto-Truk is destroyed, Kevin’s car being safe and the group hide out there
That Fasttrack edit was so clean! You should do more edits like these, they make the breakdowns even better!
Honestly the "time wasting" rants, talking about animation, and editing are what I watch the breakdowns for. They're really fun!
Actually, UA Fourarms' transformation got reanimated twice. The first time was in Sunny's debut.

@@levievil9220 I need a fanfiction about that!!
I have a coupe of thing to say:
1:09 I see that Kuro is doing what he can to avoid getting brainwashed by Servantis.
Like, if they reworked some things, get the trio to the cave quicker, deal with Dagon in all pt2, and deal with vilgax in all of pt3, I think it would've worked so much better
glorious video, and no time wasted on that fast track edit, it was a joy seeing your work, and passion on display.
