    What XLR mic would you like to connect to your computer with this?

    For that split second you chose "Far" I think it sounded way better. Still watching tho

      I was kind of thinking the same thing as I was watching the video back. Auto settings are never anyone's friend lol

    That's cool, but I'd still prefer my sound card for its multiple outputs. Given that you still need to run cables. Running a single XLR back to your sound card not only eliminates having to use multiple usb and aux/jack connections depending on your devices. It's just cleaner overall. Not to mention all of the filtering. I'd rather process in post. Rather than deal with that nonsense.

      In fairness, it would be fewer cables for this, with only a single USB and optional headphones, whereas you'd need an XLR cable to go into the sound card, then a USB going into the computer with optional headphones (plus any additional outputs). But I do understand the preference for a more traditional soundboard with more I/O if it is needed.

    Actually it sounds bad, can cleary hear some dynamics problems and HF filtering. Better to buy cheap true soundcard like focusrite or motu or anything :)

    noise removal sounds kinda horrendous :/ also i thought for that price it could be 32 bit.

    Whoa, the noise removal is bad. It's better to use RTX voice which also runs on non RTX Nvidia GPU's.

    • @MiscastJoe
      @MiscastJoe  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      that was NVidia broadcast running.

      @@MiscastJoe whoa. It doesn't sound so bad on my own system. Weird.

    • @MiscastJoe
      @MiscastJoe  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@IanDeVos it may have been a product of the extra work it needed to do to remove the excess noise given how much I needed to raise the gain to get the mic to appropriate levels in my space

      Other times I have used it, it was fine
