Let me know what you think of this "mini-tutorial" of sorts! Should I make more of these? Maybe a new one for ears? A nose? A whole face?? Let me know! Hope you find this video helpful and it makes you enjoy sculpting hands a little more. See you again soon ❤
I haven't seen it yet, I'm just about to watch it. But I definitely think that you should do more of these instructional videos. It would be a big help when you sculpt.
mini tutorials do help a lot because I'm starting to sculpt with clay and I didn't know where to start and this video is going to help me so much thank you
I'd love to see more of these. I've been wanting to get into this, but didn't really know where to start, but a series of videos like this showing how you sculpt each part of the body would really help
Like it! Gotta hand it to ya…. Hands off to you. Errr, hats off. It's obvious you have hands on experience with hands. On the other hand, it is superb. I'd like to give you a hand in applause. I have needed this kind of hand with doing hands. Let me hand you a trophy for hands. Quite a helping hand. You are an old hand at hands! Handily the best hand sculpt I’ve seen.
I’m glad you did this. I remember you did a couple of “how-to” videos when you first started your channel. I believe they were on creating the ear and mouth. These mini tutorials are so helpful!
I love your sculpting videos. Even though I'm not into sculpting characters, the techniques you show are invaluable. This video on sculpting hands was so enjoyable as well as informative. Kudos to you, Ace.
Ace, thank you so much. This tutorial is extremely helpful. It makes me realize that I should be taking way more time to sculpt hands than I’ve been taking. More tutorials please!
I took a doll sculpting class over thirty years ago. I only made one more doll after the class because I was not happy with the materials. In class we only had original Super Sculpy, no wire or bake & bond or paint. I tried painting on my next doll but had no idea what to use. Watching your work has made it so much clearer where things were going wrong for me. I appreciate your information on materials and techniques I did not know about. I didn’t learn how to make hand armatures so this video was very helpful. I hope to try again using all of your information. Keep on sharing!
I was wondering if you could do a beetlejuice diorama for us ? Maybe something kind of on the bigger side that is maybe a 2 or 3 part video ? That is maybe mixed mediums like not just clay? I would love to see this from you and I really think others might enjoy it as well, but who knows this could just be me that would love to see it ❤ Hope you have a great day and really hope you maybe consider this idea.
I know that spooky season is coming up and I was wondering if you could celebrate that by sculpting the monster cereals. Boo Barry, Franken berry, Count Chocula, and the newest member Carmella Creeper. 😊
Thank you Anthony! Great detailed video. Hands are a little difficult - I need more practice but this video definitely is so helpful! My clay hands always look like Mickey Mouse gloves - I need to change that! Is it okay to have the wire showing in wired hands? Will it cause issues with cracking if exposed?
I know you have touched on eyes before and you have your own technique for them but I still struggle with the eye lids and sockets maybe more in depth ?
Artists say the hardest things to paint are hands … that’s why so many hide them away in portraits …this is a wonderful art thank you ..however mine end up like demented spiders… practice practice EH! 😂❤

Definitely liked the tutorial, I'm learning digital sculpting at the moment and I think it's helping me for that too. Thank you ❤🎉

Feet and shoes would be great
I haven't seen it yet, I'm just about to watch it. But I definitely think that you should do more of these instructional videos. It would be a big help when you sculpt.
I loved it as well❤ maybe faces!
Probably the first and only sensible and coherent hand sculpting tutorial I’ve seen on this platform

I'm not a beginner and I'm still happy to watch a video like this. There are so many ways to create a hand so there is always something new to learn.
I’ve been waiting for this. Thank you I wish my fingers were as nimble as yours .
The detail series that this is starting is very inspirational. Thank you.
Love this! Thank you! Would love to see more detailed videos like this. Details of faces, ears! Thank you for sharing your amazing sculpting skills!
I have been waiting for THIS for a very long time, ever since I noticed your first figure’s hands a couple of years ago.

I loved the tutorial! Hands are very difficult to sculpt. It would be nice to get more tutorials in the future.
I love this and it is well needed for me right now lol Wouldn't mind seeing more!
I'm always amazed at the light touch you have even with big hands. I have little lady hands and still mangle the clay.

Awsome video. This is extremely helpfull
Excellent
Muy didáctico y practico 👍🏼 muchas gracias.
love tutorials!!
As of today I have fully caught up on all your videos! Two MONTHS of watching videos every day…
Love these mini tutorials. Could you do one about how you get correct proportions when you make the body? Do you do a sketch first or just wing it?
One of the few times we'll ever see Ace of Clay make a hand with five fingers! (Great tutorial otherwise Ace❤)
Very insightful! Yes, an ear would be great. I could display handmade earrings on it forbprodict oix!😊
OMG hands are sooo hard… this is great
Love it!
Thank you! 😃😃
Yes!!
AY UP ACE OF CLAY
Thanks a lot for the tutorial! I would like to learn how to make faces if it's posible.
It would be awesome to have a "how to sculpt a head without armature and with armature"
I was wondering if you could do a beetlejuice diorama for us ?

Hope you have a great day and really hope you maybe consider this idea.
More tutorials please
I know you hate hands, but I really appreciate this video. Go ahead and do ears soon, so you'll have it all done for awhile.
can you make lovecraft next?
I know that spooky season is coming up and I was wondering if you could celebrate that by sculpting the monster cereals. Boo Barry, Franken berry, Count Chocula, and the newest member Carmella Creeper. 😊
❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for this. I want to start sculpting but im scared lol
Haiii ❤❤
Have you ever done courage the dog. I would love to see you do that. God bless you and your family.
Question, what brand of semi translucent clay is your favorite?
So you’re using your hands to sculpt HANDS? Trippy.
You should do the feet too.
I know you have touched on eyes before and you have your own technique for them but I still struggle with the eye lids and sockets maybe more in depth ?
Hola como esta😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Need one for feet, bare and with shoes. There are tons out there for hands and heads but not many that cover humanoid feet.
You should do legion from Dead by daylight
Artists say the hardest things to paint are hands … that’s why so many hide them away in portraits …this is a wonderful art thank you ..however mine end up like demented spiders… practice practice EH! 😂❤
Hi
Pls face tutorial
It's a bit odd seeing you make a proper five-fingered hand instead of the three-and-a-thumb all your sculptures have 😅
Day 999,999,999,999,999,999 of asking for a book accurate treebeard
Wtf a hand with five fingers ?!
Next time make a foot
Ppppppp
