If Dhalsim uses tp too close to the ground after jumping or while falling, you can’t get an attack to come out even if its buffered. FYI.

Same way classic players do, the moment you jump, you input the direction and your special button, just takes practice to do it quickly

Right.. Regardless of how he plays and what he does, your commentary was very passive agressive, negative toned, kinda hateful, and salty. You should instead comment objectively as opposed to only putting emphasis on mistakes or specific usage of actions. I wanted to see the video and his matches, but your commentary just isnt it man.
