    Here's a classic recipe for creme caramel:
    Ingredients:
    For the caramel:
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 Tablespoon water
    For the custard:
    4 large eggs
    500 ml skimmed milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    400 gm Condensed milk
    Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and place six ramekins or custard cups in a large baking dish.
    For the caramel, heat sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Cook until it turns amber, then pour into the ramekins to coat the bottom.
    Heat milk until simmering, then let it cool slightly. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Slowly add the milk, whisking continuously.
    Strain the custard mixture to remove lumps, then pour into the ramekins over the caramel.
    Place the baking dish in the oven and pour hot water around the ramekins. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
    Remove from the oven, cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    To serve, run a knife around the edge of each ramekin, invert onto a plate, and enjoy your homemade creme caramel!

      Bake for 45-50 minutes in preheated oven to 325°F (160°C). Once time is up you will see that it's little jiggly but do not worry once you chill it, it will be firm.

      For Caramel it's 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, and if you are asking about the sugar for flan there is no need for sugar in there as we have added plenty of condensed milk which has much sweetness and it will make our flan sweet.

      Full eggs dear, you can use only yolks too but I find it too eggy and my family does not like it. If you want to use egg yolks then you can use 6 yolks it will turn out amazing 💓🍮

      @@jplin888 Hey dear! Yes if you add less water (it should go for 40 min in the steamer and shouldn't dry out) then there sure will be no to very very few bubbles, and make sure you do not over steam it, like for the quantity I mentioned 40 to 45 mins are maximum. Once you remove it from the steamer or oven it will be very jiggly and if you insert the toothpick it won't come clean so do not worry. Just set it in a fridge for over night or minimum 5 hours it will come out great! Believe me it taste really amazing ❤️ Hope you make it soon! I prefer oven one more because it's super silky and just glid in your mouth ☺️ it's a teeny tiny bit of different so both taste amazing 😊

    For your recipe, if I wanted to use one bowl or pan, how big should I use?

      If you use my measurements then you should use around 1000ml bowl. And you will have to bake it longer than mentioned in my video. Atleast 70 min will be required.
