Glad to see they are still flying. I went the slow and low route, as mine wasn't exactly structurally proven. Banked turns were limited to 45 deg, and I had only 17 hp to work with as this was before the twins became widely available. Oh yes, this was possibly the first trike flying. It can be seen flying at youtube channel sevtecsev.

This flying had taken place over the R/C Hilton airport in Zephyrhills, FL . We fly PPG from there from time to time! One hell of a delta trike flying!!!

doesnt have to be that much. They 2 seat trike similar to this one can be had starting at around 50k new. Depending on options

The brother of a very close friend just got killed las week here in México doing aerobatics in an aircraft like this a trike , the wing broke after doing loops and steep turns. Why not enjoy the flight itself without doing stupid things in an aircrsft not beeing built for that and without the proper aerobatic aircraft , trainING and safety parachute..
Sooner or later....His reckless flying will bite him. Not impressed.

Yip. Did exactly the same. Had a blast. Until I crashed and almost killed myself and wrote off the machine. Low and fast or low and slow is best left to very experienced pilots

Sam e thought came to my mind... I wonder if they are built so withstand abuse. You flat stall one of these your in trouble. I used to fly trikes and they scared the shit out of me too many times so I switched to 3 axis and I dont look back.

Why does it look like he is not pushing the bar to the side when making turns? Seems the bar is centered in front of him and yet he still turns?
nice flying, very nice trike, but a little bit too much trying to be spectacular for my taste. And were the paramedics on sight or on site? HAHAHA
We have exceeded 2000 ft per min. on a good day. Normal takeoff is about 1200 with one up. 1000 sustained in the mid summer air. We can zoom climb more. You may have seen a short stall in the video. It looks a lot like flying in this trike.
Seems the two blade props sound better than three and four blade props. Do fewer blades have as much 'push' as the others? Sorry for the lack of technical terms. Im saving for my first trike and videos such as yours, Henrys, Jeff, TTabbs, keep me psyched!

@timmay301 He was showing what the trike is capable of, not what we, especially a rookie like me is capable of. Cant decide between the Revo or Tanarg, but it will sure be fun finding out.
Larry says he was full throttle in most of the video. That is close to 100 mph. It has been up to 117 mph. This video is in real time, unless indicated otherwise - slow mo and no hands climb.

Its the style and tuning of the wing. It only takes a little pressure to change the roll and then it stays in the turn with no correction until you want to stop the turn.

Would be cool if you lost that prop and engine and replaced it with a small jet engine, like the Mitchel B-10 with a jet.
As far as im aware, negative G with a wing like this is a big NO NO... I may be wrong, but I wont be finding out for myself....lol..

Great flying!! I flew hang gliders for 20yrs. We used to call it "wringing it out"! Not to jinks you But I always flew with this old adage in mind "there's a lot of bold pilots and there's a lot of old pilots BUT VERY VERY FEW OLD BOLD PILOTS". I chose to "wring it out" at altitude 1000agl many of my of my flying buddies chose not too. They were very BOLD. Many are no longer alive I'm very sorry to say. The air never killed anyone BUT the ground..... took many of my BOLD friends. Does your ballistic chute work at 50feet? MAYBE YOU COULD TRY A SERIES OF FULL LOOPS AT ALTITUDE. Make sure you get videos. You may get to try out your ballistic chute. I'M SURE BSR WOULD PAY FOR THE FOOTAGE!!

This is the new 11 (10.5) meter wing in research and developement (experimental). The frame is similar to the Reflex Competition, but has a new concept in sail design. You can't buy one yet, but soon. The roll rate and top speed of the 13 (Reflex Discovery) is a little slower than this one. The Discovery is the wing used in the Circle Competition video at Cushing Field. Great wing!

You must remember it must be fast enough for the pug. Also, he must be going at least 120 m.p.h. And in slow motion 60 m.p.h. and in fast video motion 240 m.p.h.
