I remember playing Megaman when it first released. At the time beating this game was like a major life achievement for a kid. It was a great time to be a kid.

@danerd99 Actually, that's Astro Boy. Capcom was gonna make an Astro boy game, but the creators of Astro Boy didn't let them and Astro Boy was turned into the Megaman of today.
They sure don't make video games the way they used to. I love this ending although I find it to be kind of sad some how. Always loved this super difficult game. Purchased Mega Man 2 before anyone around my way did. Mega Man 3 ended up being my favorite Mega Man game because of the music.

Mega Man 1 was full of difficult and easy challenges. The earlier parts before Dr. Wily were pretty easy, with some very annoying enemies or puzzles. The Dr. Wily bosses made me frustrated but with some help I got through them. It's radical that this game is so much different than the later ones. Love this ending. It's great they used the same musicians in MM2. I actually played MM2 first then MM1, then noticed the similar song. Very good song to play with this.

I had this game on NES back in the day and I didn't find it as hard as people make it out to be. For a Mega Man game to have only 6 bosses that means the strategy/weakness boss possibilities are a lot smaller and you're bound to run into the right combination quicker. Also some of the toughest areas of the game you can skate over with the magnet beam in elecman's level. Its prob the shortest of all the MM games, just 10 levels, and most of the levels are very short too.

No, it's Megaman without the blue armor (because megaman actually looks like a normal kid but uses his blue suit and buster to fight robot masters)
This can also be noticed in megaman powered up. In the first stage, you start out playing as a normal kid, then Megaman changes into his blue suit.
