  • A quick tutorial on how to make a return fuel setup in your RSX or EP3. This is needed when turbocharging as it allows for a fuel pressure regulator which supplies a lot more fuel under boost.

    Thanks for showing this. I wasn’t sure how it works at the pump. This helped visualize it. I’m looking at a boosted Scion tC running factory in tank pump with external aftermarket In line pump. I wonder how that is Plummed. Hmm any idea

    Brilliant going to be doing this as I have a ep3 turbo 440hp that only has one line and it blown up :( I’m thinking this might be why

    Great guide! One suggestion though- This would be a great time to replace the filter while it is apart. That white piece on the top of the fuel pump assembly that the black ring holds down actually has a filter inside of it, so I would replace it while it is art as it will clog up over time.

      bro talking bout filters, ima run e85 and my concern is do i need to change the fuel filter after let's say 2 or 3 weeks? also is it necessary to run an inline fuel filter? appreciate the inputs brotha

    @JDMods Garage I'm trying to run a K24 in an RSX Type-S on the stock ECU but it always comes back with CEL for running lean. Are you aware of any setup that may allow the stock PRB ECU to work? I wonder if an upgrade fuel pump/system/injectors might do the trick. I'm running the stock fuel pump with K24a2 injectors.

    Do you have a parts list? Or link to the actual walkthrough? I can no longer find it.

    Do you have the stock fuel filter on the fuel pump too?

    Can someone confirm if I’ve got this right, I’m going to need a return style fuel system but got interior apart and might as well do fuel now. Can I run this on a stock mapping for the time being and just regulate to stock fuel pressure?

    • @jdmodsgarage
      @jdmodsgarage  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you can do that. As long as the fuel pressure is 43.5 psi it should act the same. It only increases with boost pressure
