@@killarmy3983 That depends on if you can concentrate well. If it's a very talkative podcast it's probably more harm then good because your mind will constantly go back to the podcast and you will lose focus. I recommend using Lofi, jazz or white noise.
I get up at 5 :30, go for running, do yoga and meditation, get ready and then go to school. And tbh it makes me feel great everyone should do this! Its the best start for your day!!!
