Our first LIFT artist of 2017 has had a whirlwind year. Khalid's 'American Teen' took off strong with "Location," "Shot Down" and "Young, Dumb and Broke" leading the charge for the last several months, with massive support from both fans and critics. A couple weeks ago, the album went Platinum. He helped us celebrate all his victories at Vevo Halloween 2017 - The Other World, presented by Honda Stage, sharing the bill with other LIFT artists, Aminé, Julia Roberts, SZA and Jessie Reyez. Richard Bach I think that’s more a production aspect than a musician aspect. Khalid’s band goes off when they need to and show high energy/good vibes throughout the performance. I think whoever is in charge of production just have a different vision for how Khalid’s concerts should look and sound like

Wow, Location sounds good. The rest is mediocre. He is a beautiful man and I look forward to him improving his live game. Artist used to have to sing well before becoming famous. I think he has the chops to bring it, though.
