Thx! Stabilzer part was new for my, have to try it, but nice to see that the new way of packing is now online, showed by a skygod like you! It may look weird, but as you and other already mentioned the past few years, slider control and preventing closed turning cocoons helps to increase high performance openings. Safe and happy jumps to all!

Why did you skip the fold before putting it in the bag

Thanks! Question: a normal Comp Velo slider has snaps to keep it in place, you don't use snaps on an RDS? Do you use them on normal sliders?

The snaps are for slider control during the packing process. You can use them, but if you keep the slider in place while you are packing there isn’t a big difference. If the slider moves around on you while you’re getting it in the bag then the snaps will be beneficial.

What in this is because of the RDS vs if it’s a standard collapsible slider?

Good question, Chris. The only difference in the RDS is that you stow the lanyard as shown and make sure the rings are flat. Everything else is exactly the same.
