Was it that far from an actual bolognese recipe? Because the ingredients they used here seem very close to what actual italian chefs use in their youtube videos. I'm curious as I make my own version of bolognese as well.
E finalmente un italiano che non rompe le palle perché la ricetta non è italiana... O perché gli spaghetti alla bolognese in italiana non esistono come piatto... Ma possibile non riuscire ad apprezzare quello che fanno senza rompere le scatole???
