Lol so is math really the juicy stuff or it just depends on what you think is juicy? I personally am not good at math but I really think it’s bc I didn’t pay attention enough and never had the motivation to learn but I came across this skill set today and I am very interested. Me being 25 I realized I don’t want to limit myself on new things and I think machine learning is a rare and in demand skill set and I think it will be exceptional for web 3 if we actually integrate into that in the future.

I thinking equal bro, i don't know wether to study data science, machine learning or engineer data, how are you with your investigation?
i'm looking at the salary anddemand to choose what study, i´m from chile, cheers

@@joseluismaldonado7682analytics seems focused on historical, data science seems focused on building models, and data engineering seems focused on creating infrastructure to utilize data by moving it around and manipulating it to fit your needs

Then go ahead. Anyone can learn Math.
      I'll tell you this:
If you manage to get used and comfortable with getting stuck, not understanding this subject today, being incapable to solve excercises no matter how many times you try, feeling dumb and frustrated... But, the next day, you wake up and keep trying, keep re-reading over and over again, checking the definitions from multiple sources, and you keep trying to understand, waiting for the "click"... if you get comfortable with this, anything will stop you and you will be a fucking monster in mathematics.
But if you wanna be like the vast majority of people, just run away when you start to have your first failures. And, after a long time, try again, and then run away again, while having your self esteem hurt, because you are 100% convinced that every smart human understand math the first time they read the book or listen to the lecture.
If you weren't good at math since school, that means you probably are not a calculus genius... Thus, you are just dumb, like the rest of us. Accept it now and work with it. That's how you surpass everyone.

Hey Edan great content! My questions is when learning this stuff do you take hand written notes on algorithms, math, definitions? Or do you simply learn by doing/burning information from the internet into your mind repetitively?

I generally don't take notes, but I do use a notebook when I am thinking through my own research or ideas. Lots of what I learn is enforced with implementation.
