The only thing that I cared about GTA games its the story and character development. Never because of the countless customizable cars that you can get, nor the new weapons and clothings added, nor the apartments or luxury Vinewood houses, nor in the countless business and properties that you can buy either in the Online exclusively.
I hope they do something huge in Online where they bring back Michael and Trevor as playable characters for another update but with Franklin and Lamar as playable too. Imagine a 4 player Co-Op Squad with all 4 of them on an insane heist.
I started to play GTA Online just to play The Contract dlc. Dr Dre is awesome, but I a realy wanted to see Franklin and Lamar in new adventures. I had no idea the Short Trip missions existed. I just played it all at once today and had some good laughs. My favorite duo ever
im convinced now that this was planned to be a singleplayer DLC but they couldnt sell any shark cards with it so they turned it into just a really really good multiplayer DLC

I'm 100% never going to play this for myself (only do online when there's a free PS+/GTA Online weekend, and I don't really do any missions with people. Thanks for this.

I love how there's a reference to the mission "Are you going to San Fierro" in GTA SA when Franklin was burning the weed along with Lamar as in GTA SA with CJ burning the weed with The Truth.
It's a real shame that Rockstar never gave us a 2 or even 4 multiplayer coop mode exclusively. Which you can play as Franklin, Michael, Trevor and now Lamar in a complete new story, after the events of the solo campaign. But with no countless clones of Claude and no other players messing around the map, only 4 players per service, with no more people annoying other players' experiences. If Rockstar would have make a coop mode with an actual story and character development, playing as the characters from the solo campaign, instead of avatars with no personality nor character development, I would definitely pay them for doing something like that, even if they add all the toxic and unrealistic shit from the Online, and even I would buy ONE Shark Card at least, for their greedy asses.

ive heard that rockstar was going to make him a playable character at the end of story mode but the actor got sick and the producers didnt have enough time to wait for him to recover or something
Best missions ever we play as classic characters and we also hear our characters make sounds for the first time actually they should add voice tones to make it even more fun amyrite
I still have the last 2 missions to do as Lamar to get the cash bonus and the reward. I’m not sure what’s going on but recently doesn’t seem like no many players are playing these missions. I’m on the PlayStation 4 console
I find Lamar is the type of guy that kinda just uses people like where would Lamar be if Franklin wasn’t his friend all he cares about is weed and stuff but I’m not complaining it’s adds more story to the game haha

I'm mad I can't play any of the new dlc cause for some reason each time I try to download the update it says "can't download" at around halfway. I already deleted some of my save files from my PS4 storage and uninstalled some games but it still won't fully download it despite having room for it
