*ingredients*
1. Cornflour
2. fevicol glue
3. vinegar/lemon juice
4. oil
5. lotion
*steps*
1. Add liquid ingredients first into a bowl.
2. Pour 1 cup glue
3. Add 2 tablespoon of vinegar
4. 2 tablespoon of oil
5. Mix it well
6. Add 1 cup of flour (add it little by little)
7. Mix it. Make sure there are no lumps.
8. Cook in low flame.
9. Make sure it is not sticky and remove from stove.
10. Mix the lotion in the clay.
11. Knead it well and be quick.

I tried this and it came out a little weird maybe it's beacause i skipped cooking in low flame it was kinda like starch i mean when i was kneading it so it felt so hard but when i was putting it somewhere so it just spreads all around so idk 😂 and i used aloe vera gel instead of body lotion/mosturiser because i was ran out off mosturiser so it becamed a little sticky but after a while it got normal and i used water to make it softer.. But it really works! 😍 and i am so excited to make a new craft from it actually i make all my clay crafts which you taught 😛😘 thank you so much you are my art teacher!

You skipped cooking so it will not work it just spread when you try to make a any idol out of it but when it drys its actually become hard so shaping like circle or square might be easier but but small detail work can’t be done with without cooked clay

I make homemade clay by your recipe. It's awesome method perfect bake and smooth texture everything is perfect I stored it and next-day when I used it's become sticky in my hand tell me sister what problem?
I have the same problem with mine 😢
Just cook it a little bit more and add a small amount of cornstarch. I also added about 5ml of baby oil. I kneaded it while it was cooking. Just don't burn yourself.
Add lotion and knead it mine was also sticky

If you find the clay cracking than you should store it in an air tight container with extra ziplock bag or plastic wrap. Hope this helps❤

I don't have microwave and non stick pan .....can I use some other pots like aluminium???

I've read that you let it rest for 24hrs before you use it. It dries in the air.
Hi Jenna, thank you for makinga video of homemade air clay. I gave it a shot with exact measurements and clay is very rubbery even after kneaking it properly. I have some question.
1) after making clay when can we use clay.
2) I created clay rainbow and painted it with arcylic paint within 30 mins. Will that dry and get hard in 72 hours?

Kinda stupid and unnecessary but, any tips on how to wash/clean the pot after?
Neko I use a teflon pot just to cook the clay and the spatula leave it in water or if is dry clay just broil water and put it there.
How long does the article stays? Does they not get affected by fungus or insects?

Hi.. no worries..
Again prepare a little under cooked batch and mix the overcooked batch to it and knead really really well... They will blend and get even texture

Use lemon juice instead of vinegar. It will prevent your clay from spouling

Yes you can try without vinegar... It's for storing longer days. Without vinegar clay may get spoilt soon...so have to use immediately

It's air dry clay in actual,soo it'll take about weeks to dry up,you can use a satin cloth to keep the clay art or charms u've made.
After dry the cly we need to apply varnish on it or it not required

I made this clay yesterday . It looked great. And then after the 24hrs when I wanted to use it it was so sticky and stuck to everything. Why is that? It's definitely not under cooked

If I don't use vinegar what will happen?
Actually, vinegar act as a preservative. It makes the clay long lasting. So if you don't use vinegar your clay will not stay long. For more information, u can watch the video of sugar cafe charms, she had also made the video of same clay. She had explained each and every single thing there. Hope this will help :)

Try this one:
1 cup rice flour : 1/2 cup shower gel or liquid soap
2 tsp any oil / body lotion.
If you want to store for a longer time use 2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar.
Mix well and knead thoroughly.
No need to cook.
