Strong in compression, weak in tension. Works for pallets, but you don't want to use it for furniture or framing.

Isn't formaldehyde toxic? I've always learnt that you should not burn plywood and other wood based sheets because of the glue which contains formaldehyde.

I'm thinking the people in this video are now part of a log themselves. This is why things are so much cheaper in China though. Barefoot and shirtless, no safety precautions, super low overhead. Goooood times!!!!
