Happy Rap Battle Day I mean Rap Battle Weekend! For my first RBD event I wanted to put everything I had into my submission, so after three Bonus style battles in a row, this is a full video! I'll be adding more details and credits to the description after the premiere date.

sonia nevermind is one of the sixteen students in danganronpa 2: goodbye despair. she has the title of ultimate princess and is set to inherit control of her homeland of novoselic. a former student of hope’s peak academy, sonia became one of the remnants of despair due to the influence of junko enoshima. her and her class eventually regained control of themselves through use of the neo world program developed by the future foundation. sonia takes an interest in many things that are seen as commonplace such as cleaning, as well as having a fascination for serial killers and the occult. she forms a friendship with gundham tanaka while holding a strong distaste for kazuichi souda. sonia ordered the destruction of novoselic while under the influence of despair. sonia’s character is full of references to the band nirvana, with her last name being a reference to the band’s third album and her country being named after the bass player krist novoselic.
tsumugi kotobuki, commonly referred to as mugi, is one of the five main characters of k-on! and the keyboard player of houkago tea time. k-on!, animated by kyoto animation, is one of the most influential slice of life anime of all time. mugi is an underappreciated character and oftentimes the glue that holds the band together. her family’s wealth and influence enables the band to travel to the kotobuki summer homes for training camps, and was important in yui hirasawa being able to buy the guitar of her dreams. mugi is also a primary cause of the band’s namesake, often bringing tea and snacks to club meetings which often result in the band members eating and sleeping rather than practicing. she made mio akiyama cry after stealing a strawberry from her cake in one of the anime’s most iconic moments. mugi had originally intended to join the choir club but was won over by ritsu tainaka’s enthusiasm for starting a band. she does not typically flaunt her wealth, as she wishes to be seen as a normal high school student. - เพลง

Something I should probably mention in regards to this battle, obviously it was not intentional that I'd be using the same beat as Mr. Monopoly vs Julius Pringles. I picked this beat out on December 26th, 2021 and up until a week ago it had not been used in a battle before to my knowledge. It's just a case of really unfortunate timing. I hope this battle was enjoyable in spite of that, and I'll see you all again on August 2nd!

For someone who actually played SDR2, this line instantly won the battle for me.
My reaction to that last line:

For a Danganronpa fan, I've never been THIS happy to say Tsumugi won that one.
Yeah, I know. I cheered AGAINST the representant. But that was a justifiable move.
Edit: Even re-seeing, I see some mistakes on Sonia's side.
I mean, V3 is a split opinion on the fandom, which Tsumugi brought up pretty fittingly("Second time Tsumugi leaves your series defaced"), so Sonia shouldn't point about KAEDE's execution to try dissing her pitch. And she couldn't really deny that her classmates "died" on the oceanside(Jabberwock Island).
Her best "shot" is teaming up with Gundham for a setup about Tsumugi's fanbase. To be fair, while Sonia needed Gundham for an attempt of a setup, Tsumugi needed no backup, even referencing Ibuki and Syo on the good side(I mean, one good battle is Toko VS. Yuri, in which Syo really killed on the mic), and really bringing up moments where Sonia's behavior brought up shame, finishing with that which would be a literal killing blow - The moment she tells Hiyoko there's a full-body mirror on the music venue, which gets her killed.
You guys did amazing, but I gotta give it to Sonia, mostly because I felt that Tsumugi's lines weren't hard enough for me.
I mean, there were SO MANY ways she could have roasted Sonia, yet she only did a few.
Still, amazing work to everyone, who participated! 😃

And Assassination Classroom got a movie by Takashii Miike and video games and speaking of Metroidvanias (which Grime is, according to TV Tropes), Captain Marvel herself, Brie Larson, wants to star in a Metroid movie as Samus and Castlevania was to have a movie, then it got a Netflix show which is getting a sequel and shared universe with Devil May Cry.

Yeah, the beat is Humble by Anywaywell, Monopoly vs Julius Pringles uses a more edited version of it. I had picked this beat way ahead of time and it wasn't until a week before this one got uploaded that Monopoly vs Pringles came out. It still haunts me lol
