Immo is right if Dale does make all he makes he isn't allowed to live in low income apartments. I reported him back in 2019 for this very reason to the LC housing authority that oversees all low income apartment properties. I'm guessing with the pandemic and the rent moratorium it went nowhere but I guess I gotta call again and see why this clown is still abusing state services like this.

@@jafp1617 yeah I I'll have to take some time and call there's usually a long waiting time on a phone call since they are understaffed but basically most states will have some kind of "housing authority" that overseas the new development or renovations of large public housing and issues tax credits to landlords who either accept section 8 vouchers or some kind of state assistance to allow tenants to live there. It's meant to be used for *low income earners* I know since my wife grew up in a a housing block and her mom only paid 400 a month and the state of maryland paid the rest. It's genuinely disgusting that this guy is abusing of a service that exists to house at risk people while at the same time sitting online bragging about being "more then paid" it's the equivalent of people applying for food stamps and reselling them to go buy liquor. It's pure "balrog" behavior. So I'll call and see what they say, it takes a while and unless children are involved or someone is overtly breaking the law like subletting which has been known to happen especially in socal they drag their feet in investigating anything. But if he truly makes all that he claims (and even if he doesn't) he's earning far to much to be eligible for low income public housing. So I will be contacting Lancaster housing authority and letting them know.
