Wanted to ramble about the weapons of Splatoon 3. These are 100% Opinions as I have no real skill at this game (as seen by the footage). I don't hate any weapon, but I do have some thoughts on them!
Last Season the top Player for X Rank Rainmaker was a Japanese Neo Sploosh with 4000+ X Power. I myself got my top 3000 X badge last season with 2300+ X power with both Splooshes in RM. Splooshes are all around terrible weapons except in Rainmaker. The high object damage coupled with the fire rate gives you a huge advantage when it comes to popping the bubble. Sploosh also has the fastest acceleration of any weapon meaning the speed at which it moves in swim form goes from zero to 100 faster than any weapon. If you really want to get the most out of the Sploosh you need to have a high amount of Swim Speed Up. It lets you move like a race car to cut the distance and juke opponents to rack up kills. The chaotic nature of Rainmaker really works for the Sploosh since everyone is constantly moving and distracted by the Rainmaker itself letting you sneak up. Lastly, Neo Sploosh is pretty good on large stages with uneven terrain that make it rough to use Ultra Stamp like Flounder Heights. And Wail is always good for clearing a path for pushes. If you ever make another Sploosh vid, try to include some RM matches and experiment with Swim Speed or even Object Shredder because it is legitimately terrible in every other mode.
Some great advice I'll keep in mind! You seem to be very well versed in Sploosh! I kind of talked it down here, but I do really enjoy vanilla sploosh, and when someone is good with it, it's very oppressive!
