This shit is getting hard these days, I used to run marathons without training in my 20s and 30s, now if I miss a week or two of training while on vacation, I start struggling half way through my bi-weekly 10k.

I hate that we as americans base how good our holiday was, or how much we love someone, based on the value or amount of gifts.
