    This past weekend I realized, despite wanting the flow of a morning rhythm, it's not me. We clash. My day needs to start the night before, in the evening, after that day is done. So i made that. A relaxing workout, a soaker bath, reading, writing, next-day prep, and off to bed. The next AM i'm up, i commune with the husband and animals, and off to work. If i want a full throttle workout, 4-6p is the best time.

    ANGIE!!! 😭 I am crying in my car right now. This is exactly what I needed to hear, literally THIS MORNING I sent hubs yesterday's video and added you did this letter writing thing last year that I was hoping you'd do again. He's having such a rough time at his crossroads right now, I know this 30 days will really help him gain clarity in exactly what he wants and the action steps to get there, quickly.

    Day three, and while I don’t have much time for a morning routine to add in journalling, I do it at work when the feeling hits. Just finishing up my lunch, and I wrote out the letter. What a sense of peace! ♥️👌🏻 Looking forward to the happy and quiet life ahead.

    My morning routine will be:
    1. Wake up and drink water
    2. Feed the cat
    3. 10 minute meditation/manifestation
    4. Read at least 5 pages - I'm currently reading Emma, The Power of Now and The 4-Hour Workweek
    5. Review goals and to do's for the day
    6. Write in my journal and write the letter
    I go to the gym later, around 11 am.

    I have never been a journal-er but I started about a month ago! What a sign this video is, my entry tonight will be this letter. I can’t wait to see who next year me becomes!

    Needed this, just lost my "loop" tiring routine and now I don't even know where to start, but I think if I can get my morning routine solid, then my whole day will be productive and be able to find my meaning again!!! Thank you for making these videos!

    Day 3. I am still all in, and even more so because this talk was needed!! I am in some weird limbo right now and daily have to talk myself thru it. I know with my hard work and determination I will get thru it but I also crave peace, happiness and abundance for my life as I go into this Challenge (and afterwards). I am going to rethink my morning routine! Thank you

    New to all of this daily grinder. Loving it!! Had something come up a few minutes into the video so I had to get off. So happy I can go back and redo it and catch up on it. Can’t wait to get my planner. Should come tomorrow sometime. I can see this is very beneficial and I look forward to it every day.

    Catching up on Day 3 🧡 ooh I needed this. 10 friends got laid off from my place of work yesterday. This focuses me more than ever on aligning *my* daily routine and *my* life with my values. Octobers are for reconnecting with ourselves and showing ourselves we can get things done 💪✨️
    YES going to write my letter before noon ❤

    Day three, and you are so inspirational Angie! I absolutely love your videos and your positivity in my life. I’ve really been looking forward to when these daily videos have been coming out. So much has happened in the last few months , I just need a fresh start. At 44, I recently had a total hip replacement. I then developed blood clots throughout my calf, which has completely cut off the blood supply to my perennial nerve. It’s been very painful. I’m watching these videos to get a new direction and hopefully free my mind of all of the clutter. ❤

    This is the first book I’ve found that cuts the nonsense and gives clear, practical advice. Law of Attraction of Money (I think the author is Edward Coello) really delivers.

    Hey Besties! I’m here…not feeling great though. Monday I have a procedure that will help manage my pain. I took my pills and put my heating pad on..while writing down my morning routine. I still need to write the letter to myself. I will have to do that tomorrow. I just don’t have it in me tonight (well…my tonight. Really, it’s almost 1am). I have homework to do! I’m excited for it. It’s like manifesting and speaking the life you want into existence😊.

    I am there. I dont know what to do next. We live in an rv full time, so it's hard. We move every 22 days which i love, but it makes it hard to achieve things.
