Great polish without the cerium. Not needed. Yes the rock looks like a grouper. Tasty! Lots of good information you passed on. The one thing you forgot is the rougher the grit the longer the time is spent on that wheel. Keep the goodness coming. Be happy, safe and stay healthy 😷⚒
aaaand that will be $50 for the polishing lesson.😂😂. That stuff took a wicked shine! what a nice guy that Kurt feller is for hooking you up with that. Hope the household is all done with the colds! your voice sounding back to normal.👍🏻.
It does look like a little fish with a yellow eye 👁. Nice polish, as expected from you. You the boss of those wheels, and always get a magnificent shine. 👏
That turned out sooo beautiful. You did a spectacular job polishing it and of explaining how to polish. I see the fish.. looks more like a piranha 😜. Rock On brotha 🤘 See you on tomorrow
Are you there God? It’s me Dustin. All my friends are getting their cab kings but I haven’t got mine yet… 🤣 dude! Seeing you take that straight to the wheels… I’m ready!
I wouldn't say God hahaha I don't even care for being called a master. I do what I can with what I have and happy to share what I know :) But yeah, need to get you a machine!
@@WorldofRockhounds I'm heading down to Arizona to hunt for rainbow pet wood, I'm hoping I can mail you a chunk when I get back. Would you like a piece? 🤔
Hi mild Kyle, 😉, nice polishing job on that piece from Kurt. Have you already done a rundown on the equipment in your workshop. I was scoping out your equipment as it looks like a pretty neat setup. I can’t remember if I had seen one on your channel or not. Keep Safe & Keep Rockin
I've been trying to find a reasonably priced one to purchase since the small ones I've seen in stores for around $15 but I'm trying to find one that's more affordable to cover!
Looks great! And I do see the Fish-Head, Mouth and Eye.
I should start making a slideshow of "what do you see" when it comes to rocks haha
It turned out awesome! Very generous gift from Kurt.....that stuff ain't cheap!!
It really was generous gift from him :)
Solid advice about checking your work as you go.
Probably one of the better tips that I give!

That is true, especially if you start with the 80 grit or lower. Then you spend a LOT of time removing those previous marks.
I agree with Ken, it looks like a piranha and a beautiful one at that! Super nice polishing job!
Thank you!

By now, we are all done being sick. It felt like a couple months of just non stop crud. Finally happy to feeling normal again!
This is possibly my favorite stone to work with, I have a bunch of it and its also great for making arrow heads. Thanks for sharing
It sure is pretty material!

Thanks Kurt, what an awesome piece. Great polish job Kyle, it turned out beautiful. Love the rose quartz pieces too. Thanks for sharing your passion!
Once the rose quartz is all done, I plan on showing those off as well. They are just taking a little while to get done :)
That is so, so pretty.
:)
That gloss at the end is gorgeous!! You can really tell the difference when you do the 3000!
Some stones look amazing at the 3k wheel but others do need to have a cerium oxide finish :)
I see the fish ha ha , awsome work .
Thank you! :)

Awesome polishing Kyle, its all about the taking the time to get the true beauty of a stone to show it self. Thanks for the video and RockOn
Thank you :)
Thanks for this video, we just found a bunch of it and I really want to learn how to cut and polish this stuff, it’s gorgeous!
Absolutely! And that's awesome! Thank you for watching!
Great video Kyle! I love that yellowcat 🤩 and yes, a fish, a grouper 😊❤️
Thank you!!! :)
Very nice finish. Cool material looks similar to some of the stuff I find in SoCal. Those fractures are always a pain.
Thank you and sometimes I just work with what I have and live with the fractures :)
Yep, I see the fish face, too!
:)
I have never seen a nicer rock that’s exactly the kind of rocks I like I’m going to have to look into that
:)
I have a chunk of that, will make for some sweet cabs!
Nice and if you haven't already, you should!

Thanks Kyle I’ll have to find it & check it out👍
Gorgeous job those are hard to find there’s not many of them available
I will then cherish it even more :)
As soon as I can get back out to YellowCat I’ll send you some uranium pigeon blood agate and yes it’s safe to handle and polish.
