i don't think it is orchestral folk, it's like rock/folk. it uses a glockenspiel and strings, but strings are commonly used in j-pop too, and are basically used like in j-pop in this song. glockenspiel isn't always an orchestral instrument either, it's pretty prevalent in ringing volcano folk as well.
