Most jets are painted white because it's cheaper and the white paint reflects the sun/heat better than a darker color. Jets that are painted with color or elaborate designs are more expensive, which can project the sense of exclusivity and/or wealth.
Its more affordable then you might think. For shorter flights that is, was looking to go from rotterdam to paris 8000 euros via a similar service. Going with six the price is not that bad, and you get really comfortable quick service.

Market prices for Rotterdam - Paris (Le Bourget) are in range of 4-6 thousands EUR with 6pax (few 2016 aircraft available too, so not old). Just to let you imagine about your broker's margin. :)
You guys need to up your production. Not a fan of the noddy shots, especially when the guys head is in a different position. Audio is way too hot. But apart from these production issues it's pretty cool content.
The wingtip fuel tanks on the Gen 1 Lears looked way more badass than any "winglet" ever will... i.e. when you have something that resembles military ordnance hanging from your civilian jet, you *don't need to paint it "charcoal"* to look Bond Villain, eh wot? ;')
I've watched this plane on Flight Radar. One of the best if not there best looking plane in the world. LJ has such a fast looking nose, and looks like it's supersonic. I just love Leerjets. Definitely a GW video, no tech, kinda gross clinked glasses. Blah
The benefits aren’t focused on luxury, but time management and location. Arrive 20 minutes before your flight, no security to go through, throw your luggage in the back, and fly from almost any regional airport to another. No problems with security, walking through endless terminals, stuck in airport traffic, checking in baggage and waiting for baggage claim, landing at a massive international airport to then have to drive or connect to where you actually want to go, etc, etc.
@@BrianYYH The only real benefit is the scheduling, and really only for short flights. Walking through security, connects, and all those other things are a breeze when flying first or business class, and for the longer flights, infinitely more comfortable.
Anyone going to comment on the 42000 feet or FL420 , as last i checked aircraft arnt allowed to fly there? its FL410 ; FL430 ; FL450 ; FL470 ; FL490 ; FL510 ... outside of RVSM the intervals resume the normal 2000 feet separation. So FL420 wouldnt be possible ?
Very narrow seats. The man did not fit in there. The person pouring the champagne had no idea how to do it right, he or she should not have touched the glass walls and tilted the glasses. Total mistake. I wonder why the presenter did not show us the flight deck.
i think it's very telling that they hardly showed any footage of the actual flight.....probably not much to showcase, looks very small, cramped, and non-luxurious....you're better off buying a first/business class ticket and flying commercial
FACT: LEAR JETs are not as efficient or effective for longer travel. Now the New Lear 75 has changed the game since being under BOMBADIER. That has made it well worth it. Previous Lear Jets where overrated. BOMBADIER Helped them tremendously.

Honestly I'd still fly Comercial because I just love waiting for my flights plus the artificial woman voice that announces flights and advertisements.
It's less a tour than an advertisement for a guy who likes to advertise himself walking in slow motion with shades on.

Leerjet is the only jet you can pick the color, circa 1985, which is where the performance of the jet still stacks against the competition.
