Our daughter stayed here last October.They paid for a superior room on one of the higher floors which had aircon .She went all inclusive and was happy with food .
I don't understand why people flick cigarette ash over the balcony when there's an ashtray on the table on the balcony. Some people just don't care and have no respect for others. I smoke when I'm abroad but I only smoke in designated areas and if i smoke on the balcony I use the ashtray and if someone next door are outside on their balcony I won't smoke until they've gone in.

Hi Paul The room was dated and the balcony on the first floor not good but I liked the idea that there was a good food choice and the public areas looked good .I think your room should have had a fan for you to use.
Hi Paul. Hotel ok it's clean if a little old fashioned . When i see a sheet going all round the mattress, makes me think what are they trying to hide. Food looked a bit uninviting to me. Price was ok especially over half way through August. Thanks for a great review Paul.
Great hotel designed in the Brutalist style of architecture. Room good as a base and price excellent for all that's on offer. I wonder if there is a Tenerife equivalent of EastEnders and if they have the same ludicrous storylines. As the hotel won you over Paul it speaks volumes about it's charm I've had buildings that make me feel uncomfortable and it didn't decrease so your experience must have been good. Nice family orientated holiday hotel, thank you.
Hi Penny at first it felt clinical and basic the outside looked like a hospital I use to work at lol, but the staff and family atmosphere once I settled in converted me into a big softy, I have heard not sure if true, that it's closing for a full revamp x
@@whoknowswhere Hi Paul yes the building certainly has that grim concrete look that we seem to have an abundance of since the early 60's in the UK. I hope they do refurbish because it's a hotel that's worth it. Aww I know you're a big softy (as well as being tough) means you're open to people and experience x
Meant to say the prices i mentioned were room only noticed you paid for half board and i have noticed prices for this hotel have went up recently. I think Benidorm hotels are much better value for money than the Canaries .

Hi Paul excellent video the hotel is dated but not to bad the storage space is great to and the bed is small the floor could of been a bit cleaner with the leaf on the floor and yeah the bed is small and the room does need a little tlc and no security on the balcony I wish people don't on balcony it's not good when you have kids with you and the mattress with a stain on it not good but at least the sheets are clean and the bathroom looks nice and a good size to and the public areas are nice and tidy and the food looks nice and the breakfast looks nice yeah you are right about the hotel is busy with school holidays to many kids running around If was to come to Tenerife I would go when schools are in or try adults hotel there is a adults hotel called the arona gran a nice hotel thanks paul excellent video take care pal from Keith 👍
I’ve stayed before on more than one occasion without any problems but the last visit my room had bedbugs. First I thought I’d had mosquitos in the room but I found Dead ones on the floor and when I stripped the bed found more. Covered in rash like bites. Never again. Don’t plan on visiting Tenerife any more after discovering the beauty and overall cleanliness in general of Lanzarote. Pebble dash old fashioned building needs a coat of paint outside! Wouldn’t recommend.
It could be the brown curtains it's again basic and does what it says on the tin. What about milk for tea and coffee. Its a bit noisy the balcony does not look safe. I must agree Paul bathroom looks dated.
A 3-star hotel with no air conditioning and not even a ceiling fan to cool down the room surprises me because I've stayed in a lot of 3-star hotels in Spain and other parts of the world and I can't remember one without any air conditioning or a fan 🤔. Also it looks very dated inside and out especially the exterior and the room is stuck in the 1990s. Sorry but the food didn't look great to me but saying that obviously you only filmed part of the restaurant. Thanks for a great review. 👍
Dont like this hotel the balcany is not safe no railings up, i realise its 1st floor but would still 'hurt' if you fell off, and all that cigarette ash a no no ! Food didnt look to appetising, but thanks for showing us your review 😊
Had the hottest night of my life in this hotel its my least favourite in los cris be interesting to see your hotel reviews here , lots of 3 star dont have air con in tenerife and its crucial i think if staying long term i am often staying one night like yourself so no big deal. Have paid anything from £37 to £118 for this hotel its normally around the £80 to £100 mark which is over priced i think for this hotel.

That balcony wall looked a bit low to me like the top rail was missing. Maybe the angle .

We stayed there on our first trip to tenerife, never been back or will ever go back to that hotel.

Hi paul stayed there a few times going back October then it is closing down end of February 25 for a total refurbished wich it needs

Used to be the princess darcil for years ,always had bad reviews,, needs knocking down before it falls down
That is a dangerous baloney, if you tripped up your gone over it ,no proper rail and the wall is too small, not for me my friend, stay safe, 🤡☘☘☘

I think the hotel is due to close in 2025 for a complete refurb.
