Free accomodations, child Banfield, Free child care Facility - Feeding, Play and sleep during their parents work period. Free Treat for full family. Weekly rationing by token money. Free primary Education. All Hindu Festival / Puja arrange in a place call Nacghar. Arrange Jatra Party. Patta issues was arrived in 1972. Many of their leader want it. The boy you took interview, personally he might not interested in Patta. He also might not interested in labor jobs in Tea Garden even he gets more salary then others. Do you not ask him, from where their family came. Might be Orissa, India. They have complete package. You cannot judge by only Salary. There are many more interesting issues they have.
