Good for you Shyvonne for building in fun to your daily lives!! My mother did not assume fun was a part of life - bcse neither did her mother - there was Always something that needed to be done - it was like a never ending chore list & there was always "woulda, shoulda, coulda" in my house which I despise - that & regret are a waste of time, imo!! You are so wise Shyvonne as there will always be something to do around the house but there has to be an end point each day so that life can be enjoyed as well!! Like you said - movie nights, playing games, fun outside of the house etc. it was so good to hear you share that!! It truly touched my heart bcse of how I grew up....

ok I worked as a maid in a motel for 20+ years and what I found that works the BEST for streak free mirrors/windows is plain old water! yep thats it! Just use a little spray of clean water and dry/clean paper towel and wipe till dry and they will shine! I love your videos, you are a good cleaner and decorator and I just LOVE watching that kind of stuff!
Sprayway is good - yes newspaper works well. (Silver in the ink)
Also window cleaner used a squeegee in a gallon bucket w/ just a small dot of Dawn. This combo worked amazingly well w no streaks.

My mom and sister would have my brother to clean the windows with windex or vinegar/water with newspaper. Shyvonne enjoy your house and your life! And I love the yellow sheer curtains in the living room. I remember in one of your old video with your bedroom with yellow curtains with black/ white. I have my youngest son with yellow or mustard color curtains and the comforter. He like the top Baltimore Ravens and Washington Redskins. So I am put some purple and black with maybe red too in his room!!!! I love your light fixture with blue “ I think” in the living room. Thank you for the video!
Try a foaming glass cleaner on the mirrors. I'm happy to see I'm not the only one who still uses man-made flowers for decoration. We always get bashed for that in the decorating blogs online and I don't care. You have sych an amazing work ethic. And I hope you are encouraged by the positive posts and not discouraged by the negative posts.

Hey girl, the decor looks great in the living and dining room, I like the dish towels too, beautiful 😍
Use a microfiber cloth , a regular and then a fine fiber cloth to rid the streaks.
Use spray away glass cleaner and 2 microfiber rags to clean your mirrors. Keep one wet and one dry. Clean with the wet one and buff dry with the dry one. It works like magic. No streaks!
I had to use the Dawn power wash to get the streaks off my mirrors, it works well. Then I used spay away. Your house is beautiful.
The white flowers go great with the bathroom vase because they are neutral. Nice touch. Looks GREAT!

Love the yellow curtains,the flowery pillows makes it , more flowery things is best
My mom taught me to use coffee filters or to rip a paper bag in half and rub the pieces against each other to soften it a little bit and then wipe the mirror down with the softened bag. They both have worked for me.

The best for cleaning glass and windows is News paper , I have a lot of glass and mirrors paper towels will usually leave streaks but News paper never fails.😊

I remember growing up,my mother had us cleaning the mirror's with newspaper too. It didn't leave a streak. Try using newspaper. I'm not a cat lover,but those cat's are big,and healthy. I love dog's. Chris,is like me. When I come home, I love taking off my work clothes, and put on my house clothes. Something real comfortable. ❤

When cleaning the mirrors, don't use newspaper that has ink that bleeds or has a shiny look.

Hi sweet lady, yes you can wash the shark vacuum filters. I wash mine every week and rinse them in fabric softener,so that when you use yours vacuum it smells really nice. Sending you love and prayers.❤

To get streak free - use a window ultra fine micro fiber cloth to finish drying after cleaning with Sprayway

Suggestion for the mirrors: I wash with a damp wet e-cloth, then re-wipe with a dry e-cloth. Comes out perfect every time.

I use eClothes that I got off Amazon to clean my mirrors and windows. I use one that I wet with water. Then a dry one to dry off and polish.

Mum is right. Just use newspaper and some white vinegar. If not vinegar, simply dish liquid and newspaper. Some of these chemicals leave residues. Also kitchen roll is probably not good for the glass as I do think it leaves streaks. Good luck and let us know how you get on. 👍
