Sir I believe this gentleman that advised you of the 2018 nickle, I went through 22 boxes of pennies before I found my first 1969s DDO on the date. Being retired, I got all the time in the world to coin hunt, congrats to your friend. Thank you for this wonderful video I enjoyed it!!!
Cool video BlueRidge. Thanks for putting us onto this error. I'm finding lots of 2018 nickels in my change (however most of mine have been of the Philadelphia variety) but even at that rate I'm finding a couple of errors I think are interesting. The first of these I found had an interior die break at the left hand side of Monticello. This die break took place at a point as to make it look like a tree was peeking out from behind Monticello. The second one I found (also a 2018 P) had the same interior die break on the left of Monticello but it also had an additional interior die break at the exact same spot on the right side of Monticello making it look like "matching trees" peeking from behind both sides of Monticello. Now with your video I have something else to search for. Thanks man and I'll see ya in the next one.

I just put a small mirror in front of me and hold the coin up to it. Much faster when you see the front and back at the same time.

What good is hording coins in bulk? When the dollar collapses they'll make great paper weights. The metal content isn't even valuable.

my oldest rotated die (180 degrees) is 1662 15 kreuzer of Leopold I. from Vienna mint, with coin alignment (those vere minted on roller dies and normally are medal oriented)
Look for die cracks on the obverse and reverse fields, or running through the word Liberty. Found two 2018 P nickels with these errors.

I got 2 rolls day was just open them up expecting them to be mixture is the packing was different. Some look like redo.. To the right of ear on background SIM have like a thicker base material???? If Anyone hears of anything please post be cool be safe out there

You can get a woman's compact mirror and use it for die rotation it works great and alot faster !!
