    25 minutes cardio/ jumpboard workout. Targeting legs, glutes, obliques and some upper body while burning those calories!
    This is prenatal friendly (I'm 18 weeks pregnant).
    Props are optional but recommended for the expecting mama's for comfort.

    Definitely more reformer classes!!! They are so much more diverse and I feel so starved for more people doing reformer classes especially the rebound/jump board classes!!! My favorite!

      I agree. It's so hard to find 30 minute jump board reformer classes and I do them every day along with 30 minute strength reformer classes.

    I've done your reformer workouts all week-currently 29 weeks pregnant and man, this was challenging! Took a few breaks but loved the workout. Thanks for these prenatal friendly workouts!
