I was wondering when you were going to remove that old broken up driveway. It really does bring down the value of all those renovations you have made. You know, you will need to put down some grass seed before winter, to controll water runoff and soil management.
If they are just tenants and they thought she was doing something wrong, then the only call they should have made was to their landlord and they should have simply said "I'm not sure what's going on, but this lady next door is cutting into the driveway. It's your property so I wanted you to know" and then they should have gone about their business. HE (the tenant) couldn't have done anything about it anyway. He has no legal right to. I can just imagine how much fight and resistance there would have been from the old owner if that property line dispute had happened years ago because that was his whole driveway gone.. amazing how much property lines move over the years just from building and rebuilding fences overtime... long story short it was wonderful for us and the new Property Owners next door never really cared because it was going to be a habitat house and they tore down the old house and change the whole scheme

Lol, next video put up looney tunes music. It suits them. Chalk up the win. I'd had to do a little dance in the front yard where they could see......
Take your time getting that driveway out. Seems like a big damn deal to them. Hmmmm, you are going to be living in their heads rent free for a long time on this one. GOOD FOR YOU MZ PAMELA!
❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁
Seeing things like this makes me so happy I live in a,rural area. No nosy karen neighbors. My closest neighbor is far away but hes a nice guy. We help each other out and look out for each other's property. If he goes on vacation I watch his house for him. He does the same for me. It's not hard to just be kind to each other.
How dare you…do something perfectly legal and understandable with your own property…😂
😂😂😂😂
I'm also surprised that nothing's been done about the illegal use of stairs by your neighbor. She didn't get a permit because they're not code. They're too close to the property line.
The whole addition is illegal. No permits, no inspections & no occupancy permit issued. Many complaints filed and city refuses to make court house security guard neighbor follow the codes the rest of us have to.
@@pamelaknox7671
This sounds like grounds for a lawsuit - if you wanted to go that route.
@@dough9512 yes it is but finding a lawyer to take it is the problem. There is a couple on here, “what the hales” in a similar situation in Florida. They are $200,000 into a legal battle right now. Expecting to get as high as $500,000. Most of us don’t have that kind of money. If I did I would just go buy somewhere else with better neighbors.
another guy I see on youtube had his property surveyed and the neighbor kept ripping up the markers and built a fence about 2 feet on his property (cops called and he had it all on video) still waiting to see the outcome
Yeah, in Tennessee and the only thing he can do now since they put up the fence is take her to court.

Called his channel “redzot” I think.
The renters believe they have rights to this property and they don't even own it..Its the owner of the property that if he believes they are doing something wrong to go through the proper channels to stop the work..Renters have no authority here..They keep wasting police time with frivolous complaints and the cops still fall for it..They have no balls standing up to them
Can you say delusional?
Correct! Still on going!
Yes very delusional!
Might take a year to let the soil settle before replacing it with grass
I'd put a privacy fence right next to their house.
Now I understand why Americans don't like having neighbours close by, unnecessary conflicts just doesn't end.
This is true for this situation.
Okay I love the fact that somebody is watching Pocahontas in the background
Played on repeat all day to agitate my workers and I.
@@pamelaknox7671 okay so at that point maybe it wouldn't be quite so much fun
Right.
I had a neighbor who used to call the sherriff three or four times a day just to try and get me in trouble (for no reason). They just ignored him after a while.
We had a problem something like this when we wanted to extend our fence about 6 feet from the fence line on the side of our house, so we didn't have to look at our neighbors awful porch. No cops, but she wouldn't approve the extra feet. So my husband had the fence guy make it two inches into our property along the property line. We won, the fence guy loved it! Said he would remember this when he had the same problem with someone else. He couldn't stop laughing! Our hoarder neighbor couldn't do a thing!! She was so mad! Also she likes to watch her neighbors so now she can't see our porch! Our front door is facing her porch, so it is so nice now not having to see her porch anymore.
Wonderful!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Lord those tenets need to move. They all nothing but trouble.

The Disney soundtrack blasting has me rolling 😅😅

Correct.
I’m in Scotland, different laws etc.
But how can a tenant dispute a property boundary??? They don’t own the property!!
I’m a tenant and I’d get laughed out of court if I tried to dispute the boundaries, esp as the surrounding buildings are privately owned!!
I had to take the property owner to court in the end. The neighbor as been given preferential treatment as he is a courthouse security guard. The police still uphold him and his family.

Good morning. These last few videos are awesome and the sound sure adds to them. Love taking out the cement. If they had just been decent people this could have all been avoided. Love the cops. That's why we live in the country with 2 acres far away. They need to at least pay a fine for a false police call. Stop using our resources for nothing.
Did anybody else notice when the cops got to the end of the drive the song for make way for Prince Ali came on , , , and it just kind of went with the mood 😂

I was wondering when you were going to remove that old broken up driveway. It really does bring down the value of all those renovations you have made. You know, you will need to put down some grass seed before winter, to controll water runoff and soil management.
Damn get a tripod! Almost got triggered with a vertigo attack 😂

While listening to show tunes. Based.

I do find it interesting that if they walk out that side door two steps, it looks like they are on your property. That's a perfect place for a privacy fence, don't ya' think?
Judge court ordered no fence because of their illegal addition
Tall fences make good neighbors!;)
Court order no fence but I’m working on it.
Unbelievable they should make so if you call for stupid stuff you get a ticket!
Make sure you have any required permits so you’re legal in the work being done, for your protection.

House on the left is way too close to the property line. Something is out of code here…
Exactly!
We had owned our property for nearly 25 years with a different property owner next door .....after they moved away the new owners had the property surveyed and found out that they were going to lose 2 to 3 ft of property along that side .... because of that survey Along the South property line..
This is a civil issue, not legal and the cops saw that and moved on. Good job, officers!
Exactly and they should never have approached me on the matter period. They should have simply told the neighbor it is a civil matter and left without coming on my property at all or speaking to me.
Good fences make good neighbors
Yes
Aren't they not suppose to go out unless it's a blood bath call? Hmm they are not doing any favors wasting tax dollars

@@dough9512 yes he did. 32x75. It was such a small part I chose not to fight it. What did upset me is he then gave them an easement across my remaining cement drive and ordered no fence. So the continued to harass & block me from my garage. I removed my cement drive to stop them. I only have street parking now. They continue to harass & I can’t even get a restraining order or protection of any type. The house sits vacant for 7+ years now. I can’t even mow it in peace. " Cookies" on our section of the street. Aka - no friends!!!
