I was in my neighborhood Goodwill today talking to a woman. I said I couldn’t look through the wood or metal items because it was such a disaster. She said Crazy Lamp Lady’s Goodwills are so neat and organized. I told her I watch you, too.

When you go so fast I get dizzy from blurry camera.
We got several Crystal decanters for our wedding in the 90s that didn’t come with any glasses. Another fun video! For the record I think the video quality is really good. I suffer from a csf leak which causes me vision, balance, hearing and vertigo issues and I haven’t had any issues with your videos.
I haven’t watched in a while, so I’m not familiar with your friend. I thought, “Aww, her friend brought her baby to thrift!” My gasp when I saw a doggie instead! Hahaha
Its great the videos are back to Goodwill and antique malls more often , I like watching youtubers who are resellers and the differences between them such as your channel and " Thrifter Junker Vintage Hunter" , " Lavender Clothesline " and " Real Nifty Vintage " just to name a few its interesting to watch all the different styles and opinions and Misty from " Thrifter Junker Vintage Hunter " makes me laugh every video she is so funny.

Ohhhh, that cut glass decanter is gorgeous, and the stopper was on the wrong piece! But I love it when you marry up the correct pieces to make it complete. It's your superpower!! Its a shame not being able to find the matching cut glasses.
Get a box lid (paper box lid works the best)when your daughter uses glitter and it catches the mess. 😊

You’re in my neck of the woods! This Goodwill used to have THE best stuff. I used to do all my sourcing there up until about 3 years ago. Now it’s usually just junk. I miss those days where I had to figure out what to leave behind because I didn’t have enough cash. lol

That glitter in the baggies was a very high end brand Nichole Miller I use to make tumblers it’s very expensive but nice glitter.

03:17 Yes, they are made to sit at an angle like that. They're replicas of Mexican _ollas,_ which are unglazed pots used for cooking, storage, watering ... anything, really. This particular one, you'd fill it partially with dirt and plant some kind of succulent or a trailing plant such as dichondra or creeping jenny or even pothos. It'd make a great pot for an enclosed garden.

It looked just like my old Gus O'Brian...I only lost him in 2012 so it hasn't been that long ago. He also has a repair in his left underarm..

When's the last time I saw something priced a dollar in the GoodWill? I saw leftover plastic Easter eggs priced 50 cents, and saw them not selling. Generally anything mine prices $1-3 is worth about 50 cents at best. Often it's worth zero. Dollar store merch is often priced $3 and sometimes more.

I often wonder if things get damaged during the donation and stocking process. I never donate things that are broken or worn out. And try to wrap breakables. Some just toss it all into a box and who knows how it is handled after the fact if they don't know what is in the box.

She has explained that the “live” sale videos cause TH-cam’s algorithm to “punish” her monetarily. She has to move those into her membership only section after a few days. I think it has to do with how ads are attached to the videos. She’s not trying to be unfair at all. Lots of TH-cam channels do this now.

You say “there is so much to see!” but all we get is a very quick scanning view of 2 shelves worth of stuff and then a blurry close up shot. Not a nice comment, I know, but your videos seem so different since the upgrade on your camera. Hopefully constructive criticism, because I’ve been watching your videos for years and am so impressed with how far you have come, but your thrifting videos are a little frustrating because of the speed at which you scan the shelves and the limited view. Love and respect you, though! Seriously!
I see lots of stuff on the shelves. I know she’s working with a different camera recently but in general it’s not that big of a difference. If you “love and respect” her, you’ll give her some grace and learn to adapt and not complain.

@@mamaG4 I knew my comment would come across as complaining to some. I did mention that I’ve been watching her videos pretty much since day one, and have watched her grow by leaps and bounds with nary a negative comment. I am not complaining, just an observation.
@@loriallen2877 the justification that’s it an “observation” and not a criticism is pure baloney as we say in the South. I’ve watched her since “day one” too and do not find it necessary to complain. It’s free content. She’s trying new technology and will have to tweak it some. If you watched like you said you would know that. Until then skip the negative and let her figure this out. Frankly, I can hear and see the content just fine. Sincere supportive viewers would not be giving her a hard time.
