Nice! I have a brain buster, I don't know if you have an idea or not. I think if you want to connect that tubing to something you would flare it and connect it using fittings. But if I was trying to connect the end of that aluminum tubing to the bottom of a small aluminum funnel and make it cosmetically appealing (not using fittings) and be able to be made in a factory with mass production, can you think of how that could be done? Do you know if a factory can do something like that without welding it by hand?
interesting problem, lets see if i can come up with something... first: can you link to an image of what you want to achieve, i didnt fully understand it. second: what would the purpose be, does it have to be airtight or pass liquid, and how much force must it resist? third: what would the dimensions be?
