Pressing Apple Cider

I just started pressing apple cider for the first time. There's some improvements that could be made. It's really a two person job as well. Too much work for one.
I received some nice apples from one of the local breweries and I decided they were too nice to just feed to the sheep. They are typically used to make hard cider. Pippen NewTown is the variety.
I've pressed three and a half gallons so far. Soooo much work....
