- In this video, I'll show you my entire listing process, from taking pictures/scanning, creating listings, and researching prices. Learn how I am able to list $557 of inventory every single hour I list!

Thank you so much for this really interesting video. I am learning so much from your videos. I just this week bought a box of 1,000 postcards and, although it will take a bit of time to sort through them, it takes me one step closer to opening my shop. Now I have a target to aim for with an hour's listing... once I've got in a bit of practice. :)
That’s awesome!
Thank you so much for this video!
Thanks Daniel! Really like your videos.
Are you bulk-loading your scans at one time or individually per listing?
Helpful to hear what you look for and consider with comps. Also … I spy your antique postcard albums and boxes on your shelf. 😍😊
I love those boxes and albums!
Hi Daniel great video. Question, so you aren’t using a template right? Are you saying you use the multi listing feature on eBay? Just clarifying because I do find eBay hard to get around on. I only recently started using a template for my postcards. This had great info and it helped me to feel that I research in a similar manner.
Yes! The multi-listing tool on eBay. I’ve tried third party software but it was more difficult than eBay for me.
This info is such a gold nugget of info. I was going to ask for this video. How about aff links to suppliers.
That’s a good idea! I’ll have to get that set up.
Thanks for another great video. What do you do with common postcards that are selling for .50 to 1.00 ? Is it worth listing them.
I list everything. No such thing as a $0.50 or $1 postcard - just postcards that OTHER sellers are selling for $0.50 to $1. My lowest price is $3.95, and I have no problem moving those lower dollar cards.
I think I prefer to buy from sellers I already bought from and have trust in. So if I'd already bought from you and had a good experience, I would prefer to pay a bit more and buy from you again than risk buying same design card from a seller I didn't know. :)
@@mailseum Thanks again I really appreciate the advice
@@happybunny1329 Thank you for your comment, you are absolutely right
I was wondering about your ebay store and when you set that up and how much it adds to your sales
It doesn’t add many if any sales, at least in my experience; I look at it as a required cost to have more listings.
how doyou quickly research it in worthpoint by cut and pasting the title from you ebay searches?
Do you have a scanning video? I have an Epson. Some of the RPPCs mess up bad and the color is off on a lot of them. I adjust gamma but it’s never quite right.
I don’t; I have the Fujitsu ScanSnap and mine has been doing great right out of the box. Sorry I can’t be of more help!
Do you scan your RPPC's that have a glossy finish? I ran one through my Epson 500 but found it left a series of lines across the front of the photo that can be seen when you examine the surface of the photo. I decided to continue to use a camera on these for now.
Yeah I just use my regular scanner! So the lines are on the actual photo? Does that happen with all RPPCs?
@@mailseum Just the ones that have the glossy photo finish ~ the ones that are more cardboard feeling, that don't have the same coating are just fine.
Beauvoir = "boh-vwah" lol
I think that’s what I said right? 😂
@@mailseum close enough 🤣
