only way ur making money is by getting meta drops to sell. u could play for 2 weeks straight and not have gold anywhere near close to what he has in the video if u arent selling good items to other players.
I have a question about gold farming part , why u don't pick up the gold after killing the mobs ? then what is the purpose of wearing the gold finder gear??

you have pet to pick it up for you on the ground
how you get the teleport ability? i cant find any information on it
Either from Sight of Gods heroic helm, or Enigma armor runeword.
For mining the Tarethium Ore I want to prospect it all to get that core right? just making sure.
Yup, you can even prospect multiple types of ores at the same time.
