Something about tacos is always great man. I generally rock the birria stuff now but if I’m hungover or in a pinch I usually rock 1 chicken 2 beef. The chicken is juicy but I don’t eat hella fast and the beef suffers less when it loses its juice. Also the juicy chicken soaks into the shell/wrap and makes it soggy if you don’t go for the gusto.
