I work as a nurse. 12 hour day shifts! I don't want my face to look cakey so I use studio finish concealer NC 45 under the eyes and dab it with my ring finger (!) and the use the brush to put the studio fox ever so lightly, all over!! Eye liner at the end. All mallu girls need to line! It's a natural look! Love your videos :)
I have always loved Mac because it has a great range of products from brown girls. I usually use the studio fix foundation and add it to moisturizer so I can make it look more glowy and Dewey. I also always use a darker concealer for contouring. It is more creamy and easier to blend Love you xoxo

Hey Deepica! Have you tried the NC43 Studio Fix powder? I feel like NC42 is a tad light for you. The under eye brightening is too intense in this look basically it comes down too low onto your cheekbones. the contour/blush/bronze on the bottom half of your cheekbones seem to visually cut your face into 2 distinct shades quite suddenly. I don't know if I'm expressing myself correctly..sorry. :(
jingabobo NC43 is lighter than NC42. NC43 looks more of a yellow while NC42 is orangey. The foundation is light at first and darkens as it mixes with your oils and such. My shade looks too light for me in the pan and initially but it warms up
@@queenshad1161 thank you for commenting im trying to find my shade but no one explains the oils mixing in and products oxidize and I need to find my shade and the nc 45 looks way too orange for my skin and nc 43 or c8 might be what i pick next but for $50 plus shipping in Canada im not playing around. I had bought the deep dark for the skin finish because of comments and it was the wrong shade it will look pretty in the summer I hope. I want a high light for my dark under eyes and cover my dark spots so many shades and no stores near me so online shopping is my only option.

She is using the 42 under her eyes and other areas to slightly brighten. It’s not her all over face product. You can clearly see where she applied it. I am also 42 and a few shades lighter than her.
I love my Mac studio fix powder as my foundation. I’m an nc 45. It’s a perfect match for me, but because of my combo to oily skin through your the day it oxidizes and gets really dark. Should I go down a shade? Or maybe just half a shade?
I love Mac for there lipsticks, eyeshadows and there prep & prime range. I have extremely bad oily skin so I find it really hard to keep my makeup on my face until I started to use Mac Prep+Prime skin base visage on top of my moisturizer which reduced my oily ness evened my skin tone out. I also use the Prep+prime Fix spray before I put on makeup and to finish my makeup off 😊 it’s such a refreshing spray 😌

I've never used the studio fix powder plus foundation, but now I want to try it and all those hack ideas. I only have ever used Mac Prep + Prime Fix+, and it's awesome. My hack for it is to also use it for eyeshadow and spray a more precise brush to line my eyes with when I want an eyeshadow liner and not just a regular eyeliner. The color is more enhanced but still gives that eyeshadow liner look as opposed to a regular eyeliner.

Learning how to color correct using the orange corrector was life changing, since here in brazil every foundation made me look ashy. Also I bought a blush bc the guy at the store in times square told me it was the same kim kardashian used! It was many years ago and barely knew who she was but I loved it! My first ever foundation was a studio fix NC42! I love all the MAC products and literally swear by the pro concealer and the Prep + Prime Spray. Both are just amazing!! I tried samples of foundations but always found myself going back to my studio fix foundation bottle!! I am going to try the fix powder foundation to soften my eyeshadow. Great tip!!

To be honest, I never tried mac studio fix when I was younger but I'm curious to try now! I need to try the fix plus though- every BG seems to have it in their kits! In terms of hacks, I use my laura mercier powder on my lips to make my lipstick extra matte and use concealer to line the outside of my lips to clean up my lipstick (I'm sooo bad at staying in the lines) and emphasize the shape of my lips.

I'm nc41.. but MAC was literally the first foundation and concealer I owned and tried out.. it was studio fix fluid.. still a big fan of it.. it's a classic staple.. everyone HAS to have it..
Ok here's my trick/tip - I use the Fix+ on my Eyebrow Spoolie and then run it through my brows as a last step, it helps to keep the brow products on longer!
Priscila H. You should try it. I've used that concealer and it did wonders for my under eyes. I first went to MAC and got a small sample of the pro long wear concealer in NC45 and it matched me perfectly. I highly recommend it!

Yes for her skin nc45 is suitable it’s true ,with nc42 we can highlight purpose it’s too good I experiencend this my skin tone is same like her I used nc45 for foundation and compact but highlighting atlast with nc42 its too good 👌

You're about NC45, sis. Nc42 is light for you. The undereye highlight looks too stark and the bronzer is quite patchy. Blend blend blend.

My skin is lighter then you but I use Mac studio fix nc 43, 5.did I pick the wrong colors? because I think nc 42 is too much yellow...
NC42 does have more yellow than NC43. Sometimes NC43 appears lighter than NC42 due to the undertones, it doesn't mean you have the incorrect shade.

Ok here's my trick/tip - I use the Fix+ on my Eyebrow Spoolie and then run it through my brows as a last step, it helps to keep the brow products on longer!

You should try it. I've used that concealer and it did wonders for my under eyes. I first went to MAC and got a small sample of the pro long wear concealer in NC45 and it matched me perfectly. I highly recommend it!

I use the mac prep and prime highlighter in peach lustre as under eye corrector. I've ran out and I noticed nothing else works as good.

Yes for her skin nc45 is suitable it’s true ,with nc42 we can highlight purpose it’s too good I experiencend this my skin tone is same like her I used nc45 for foundation and compact but highlighting atlast with nc42 its too good 👌
I love your videos I subscribed a few videos ago. This isn't meant to be said with any hate, I mainly watched the video for you.I boycott MAC because the last I checked they test on animals. I was just wondering how you separate the makeup from the brand itself? I haven't seen enough videos to know your stance on animal testing. I would love to know what your opinion is on that. I only have Mac nd nothing else.. Don't have time nd patience to search as perfect products like Mac.. As Indian started with lakme nd maybelline in college and now after 5 yrs started buying Mac.. Cz these babies are expensive
