@@aloksaxena35those starting from 4600 GP go to higher posts and uptil 7600 GP but its not with everyone....they have to Qualify dept. exam to become SO in quick time...otherwise in some Dept. still its taking upto 11 years to become SO.... whereas in STENO CADRE....Some got promoted with 6 years to next Rank of P.A. Many STENOS go upto GP 7600 till retirement even after starting career from Low GP like 2400, 2800 , 4200... Ask anyone who is in CENTRAL SECRETARIAT. ✌
Selection as a Stenographer not easy task ... it's not 12th level according to type of short hand ..in my point of CGL or SSC Stenographer both equal

Isme drop rate bhaut hai jamta nhi kuch age and ssc ka mistakes ka bhi bhaut critical criteria hai 5% hi allowed in 1000 words it's very tough i drop this and do my best in CGL✌️

Regional languages are regional, English is international and communication for other regionals since all 22 language learning is little difficult.. no language is superior or inferior.. but if dealing with public then expect English also .. atleast will be helpful in broader way rather than only Hindi people and India is not just about 1 language... Well 1 must not be ashamed of their own regional native language let it be Hindi or Punjabi or malyalam but same time no one can force other ! It's common sense though
