U inspired me so much., 5yrs I worked in dist. Court as a record assistant on contract basis, I have 2 kids (2yrs girl and 3yrs boy),bcz of kids I quit my job to take care of them. Now I'm guilty everyday that I quit my job., now my aim and dream is a govt job.. A few days ago I accidentally watched this life changing video.., at that moment I strongly believed myself that I can do, but at the same time I can't go for coaching and the next day I ordered pitmans shorthand book and started studying,practicing., daily I practiced 4hrs to 5hrs at home and now I perfect in consonants and vowels are almost near to end.. I want to complete shorthand within January with 120wpm, Today I heard about gregg shorthand with less time we can perfect in shorthand 120wpm without fail, and also I am preparing typewriting for higher at home only, I brought type writing machine n practicing on that, exams on January so I don't know what to do nd which one I choose pitmans or gregg I'm totally confused please suggest me sir please 🙏I have exams on January for shorthand and type writing higher, please please sir help me suggest me please reply me sir please..🙏🙏🙏

Shilpa you are doing great. It is very inspiring. As far as ssc steno is concerned, no one is interested in what style you do steno as long as you qualify skill test. As for learning steno, for me Pitman is like God's gift. I have no idea about other styles. If you started learning Pitman then stick to it. I don't think it is a good idea to keep your both legs at 02 boats. You choose either this or that. Don't make your mind confused. Stick to your decision.

6-8 Months lagega. Eng ke liye previous year se practise kro. Grammar voice, narration, time and tense, subject verb agreement, synonym, antonym, one word substitution, comprehension ke liye eng newspaper aur eng books jitna ho sake padho

No Niki sabko personal cabin nahi milta h. Mostly office purani hai to space crunch raheta h, tab alag se cabin dena possible nahi ho pata h. Par kuch depts me new offices bane h, new buildings h, waha cubicle, alag room mil jata h

I am an artist by passion and has been active in the field but recently i have been very intrested in the job profile of Steno and wish to opt it as a career option. Will i be able to keep continuing my art thing if i get a job through Steno and can a job as PA to high ranking official come fruitful in my Art thing as well in terms of making contacts.
Sudhir job of steno will have less stress and give you ample time to pursue your artistic passion. Even UPSC aspirants prefer job of a stenographer for preparation.
Further, being a PA to a high officer will give you ample opportunities for making contacts

I have not found one. However, you can start in any local steno institute and late do it yourself.

You already know the basics of shorthand. So start revising and practising outlines. Take dictations from Kailash Chandra.
For written start practising reasoning, eng, general awareness. Check my written strategy from stenography playlist in my channel. Practise previous years papers and start giving mock in gradeup testbook

Irfan first you've to learn shorthand. For gov job, Hindi or English both get equal preference. Learn in the language which comes naturally to you. Then prepare for written. Also check my youtube playlist Stenography

Mein ab jahan kaam kadta hun, wahan job CL/EL ke lye apply kadta hun, toh director sir ka PA first sanction kadte hai on behalf of Director. Kohi files pe agar director sir ka sign chahe toh mein uss files ko lekar PA ma'am ko deta hun...aur woh jaake sir se sign kadwa ke laate hai...aise boht sare kaam ke lye we are solely dependent on the PA of director sir.

Which language we should learn steno in our mother language or in English?
Are you good in English? If your grammar, collection of words, spelling everything is good, then learn in English. Learn in a language which comes easily to you.

Such scope will only be available in MEA dept. Iska cut off high jata h. But isme Milne se aap Puri life abroad hi Kam karoge 3 saal bad country change hota rahega

Speed req: for C- 100wpm in shorthand and 1000 words transcribing in 40mins
For D-80 wpm in shorthand and 800 words transcribing in 50 mins

Sir, I am 19 right now I just started my college as an english major student ,someone advised me today to learn steno , but I don't really know much about steno so I was searching for what kind of job it was so I wanted to thank u for your detailed explanation and sharing your own experience with us , and can u please tell me how many hours should I practice on an average for me to get a good grip of it while doing my Major.
Thank you for your appreciation dear. Being English major student steno will come easily to you, just be patient and consistent with it. Try and give minimum 2hrs daily to it and you can be a good stenographer

@@Emperor4971 Mostly Hindi stenographers are asked to.learn English as most of the office work is in English and senior officers dictate in English also most of the time. However, if department requires you to learn Hindi or vice versa they will arrange training for you funded by govt and you need not worry reg such trivial matters.

You can learn it from anywhere.
SSC doesn't require steno certificate.
Courts need a steno certificate from any govt recongnized institute.
