John Rambo said that Phil would apologize for things he did. The problem John had with it was that Phil never really changed his behavior. He would apologize and just keep doing the same stuff.
Apologies doesn't erase the wrong things he has done. He uses apologies to avoid the responsibility and he still does the same inappropriate stuff all the time. He is a hypocrite.

He's made 3 accounts and has spent money on all of them while begging for money and support. Bloodwork for his cat, going on trips with his wife, going on a honeymoon, paying his mother back for bailing him out of a financial problem not important. Pulling hogans trumps all of that. He owes multiple people an apology. His parents, his wife, his supporters, detractors, adam and craig, the people involved in his bankruptcy, the irs, jasper. Of course if he does apologize it won't be sincere.
